Candidates with active offers are now protected from accidental deletion

• Candidates with active offers can't be deleted by mistake If a candidate has an offer in draft, sent, or accepted state, the delete option is now disabled and a tooltip explains why — so you can't accidentally remove a candidate mid-offer.
