Smaller fixes and improvements across the platform

Fixed

• Chat messages, dark mode inputs, and audit log pagination AI chat messages now render formatting correctly instead of showing raw markup. Date and time inputs no longer appear washed out in dark mode. The audit log pagination controls also lay out correctly and are easier to use.
