Smaller fixes and improvements across the platform

• AI chat questions no longer get cut off on small screens When the AI assistant asked a multiple-choice question, the options and Submit button could overflow off-screen on smaller viewports, making it impossible to answer. The options list now scrolls and the Submit button is always reachable.
