Referrer Portal launches, plus Stala improvements and smarter integrations setup

New

  • Referrer Portal is live Your employees can now browse open roles and submit referrals from a dedicated, branded portal — without ever entering Atlast. Send them the link and they can refer a candidate in under a minute.
  • Per-organization branding on the Referrer Portal The Referrer Portal shows your organization's logo, colors, and brand font, so every referral experience looks like it's coming from your company.
  • Manage authorized email domains for referrals In the new Referrals settings tab, you can add the email domains that allow your employees to sign in to the Referrer Portal — no separate accounts needed.
  • Copy your Referrer Portal link from settings Your public Referrer Portal URL is now surfaced in the Referrals settings tab with a one-click copy button, so you can share it with your team instantly.

Improved

  • Referred candidates are clearly marked Candidates who came in through the Referrer Portal now show a Referred badge on their card, profile header, and quick view — including the referrer's name and email at a glance.
  • Add Stala back to a meeting after removing her If you removed Stala from a scheduled interview, you can now add her back with a single click. The button appears directly on the interview card.
  • Meeting notes appear inside the interview card Stala's notes now display inline on the interview card itself, so you don't have to navigate away to read them.
  • Clearer setup guidance for calendar and LinkedIn The Google Calendar connection now spells out exactly what Atlast accesses. The LinkedIn integration card has a new Having trouble connecting? section with step-by-step guidance for common sign-in issues.

Fixed

  • Talia search results load reliably again Fresh Talia searches were occasionally failing to display results due to a validation mismatch. Searches now return candidates consistently from the first result onward.
