Referrer Portal goes live, plus clearer integration setup and a Talia search fix

New

  • Referrer Portal is open for business Your employees can now browse open roles and submit referrals from a dedicated, branded portal — no Atlast account needed. The portal carries your logo, brand colors, and custom font so every referral feels like it's coming from your company.
  • Control who can access the Referrer Portal In Referrals settings, you can now add the email domains that authorize employees to sign in. Only people on your verified domains get in — no separate accounts to manage.
  • Copy your Referrer Portal link in one click Your portal's public URL is now surfaced right in Referrals settings with a one-click copy button, so you can drop it into a Slack message or onboarding email without hunting for it.
  • Referred candidates are clearly marked Candidates who came in through the Referrer Portal now show a Referred badge on their card, profile header, and quick-view panel — including the referrer's name and email, so you always know who sent them in.

Improved

  • Clearer Google Calendar connection details The Google Calendar setup screen now spells out exactly what Atlast accesses — free/busy reads, calendar events, and Meet link generation — so you know what you're agreeing to before you connect.
  • LinkedIn troubleshooting tips built right in If you hit a snag connecting LinkedIn, a Having trouble connecting? section now appears on the integration card with step-by-step guidance for common CAPTCHA and verification issues.

Fixed

  • Talia searches no longer fail on fresh results Fresh candidate searches from Talia were occasionally failing silently and falling back to the chat input instead of showing results. Talia now returns candidates reliably from the first search.
