Hiring Manager prospect review queue Recruiters can now route a job's shortlisted prospects to a hiring manager for a soft sign-off before sending outreach. The HM gets a notification, opens a focused review queue, and approves or rejects each prospect with an optional comment.
HM review status on every prospect card Each prospect now shows its review state — Awaiting HM, HM Approved, or HM Rejected — on the prospect row and inside the detail view, along with the HM's name and any comment they left.
Override with a clear confirmation Outreach is never blocked, but sending to a prospect the HM rejected triggers a confirmation that shows the HM's comment — so you always know what you're overriding before you proceed.
Filter prospects by HM review state A new HM review state filter on the prospects list lets you pull up everything approved, everything still awaiting review, or everything rejected — across all your jobs at once.
