Cleaner jobs list, and a fix for the re-review banner

• Jobs list is easier to scan and act on Each job row now shows the hiring manager and owner inline, a prominent View Pipeline button, and a tidier overflow menu with one-click access to job details, prospects, and the public posting. Sort by newest, oldest, or title.
• Searchable job filters on candidate and prospect lists The job filter dropdowns on the Candidates and Prospects lists are now searchable — with each job's short ID shown as a badge alongside the title, so you can find the right role quickly even in a long list.
• "View Prospects" goes straight to the sourcing workbench Clicking View Prospects from a job row now takes you directly to that job's sourcing workbench — where you can find more candidates and send a shortlist to your Hiring Manager — instead of the generic filtered list.
• "Send for HM review" shows how many will be sent The button now reads Send 3 shortlisted to HM (or however many you have), and hides entirely when there are no shortlisted prospects — no more confusing disabled state.
• Sourcing credit check before a search runs When you run a sourcing search, Atlast now checks your AI credit balance against the projected cost before contacting the provider. If your balance is too low, you get a clear message up front — no partial run, no surprise deduction.
