New
- Refine and save sourcing filters per job A new Refine search panel lets you review and edit the filters Talia derived from your job description — skills, seniority, experience, countries, cities, remote allowance, and more. Save them and every future search of that job uses your version, not Talia's automatic extraction.
- Filters stay yours until you say otherwise When you save a filter snapshot, it drives all searches until you choose to update it. If the job description changes after you save, a warning banner appears with a one-click path to pull in the latest suggestions for review — no silent overrides of your intent.
Fixed
- EU work-permit requirement now holds during sourcing When a job required an EU work permit, the constraint could be silently dropped — returning candidates from outside the EU despite the requirement being clearly stated. Sourcing now reliably scopes results to EU member states every time.
- Candidate names with accented characters display correctly Names containing accented letters — such as "Concepción" or "Lleïr" — were being capitalized incorrectly. They now display as expected.
