Send sourced candidates a personal invite link, tune Talia's search filters, and EU work-permit sourcing is now reliable

New

  • Send sourced prospects a personal invite link Generate a reusable invite link for any sourced prospect and share it over email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or SMS. Prospects land on a branded page with the role pre-filled and can apply in one step or decline — either for that role or all future outreach from your org.
  • Track prospect interest back to their application When a prospect applies through their invite link, an Applied badge appears on their sourcing card and links straight to their application. If they decline, you'll see whether they opted out of just that role or all outreach — and messaging is disabled automatically.
  • Refine and save Talia's sourcing filters per job A new Refine search panel lets you review and edit the filters Talia derived from your job description — skills, seniority, experience, countries, cities, remote allowance, and more — then save them as the fixed source of truth for every future search on that role.

Improved

  • Saved sourcing filters stay in sync with your JD If you edit the job description after saving a filter snapshot, a warning banner appears with a one-click option to pull in Talia's updated suggestions for review. Your saved filters keep driving searches until you explicitly choose to refresh them — no silent overrides.
  • EU work-permit sourcing now reliably scopes to EU-27 When a job requires an EU work permit — in the Work Authorization field, a knockout question, or the job description — sourcing now consistently returns only EU-based candidates. A deterministic check catches cases where the AI previously missed the constraint.
  • Applications from outreach are clearly marked Candidates who applied through a sourced invite link now show a Sourced via outreach badge on their profile header and quick-view panel, with a link back to the originating prospect and their conversation history.

Fixed

  • Accented candidate names now capitalize correctly Names like "Concepción" or "Lleïr" were being capitalized incorrectly in sourcing results. They now display with the right casing throughout.
  • Careers page website edits no longer get lost Changes to your organization's website URL in Careers Page settings were being silently discarded. Edits now save correctly every time.
