Stuck "Pending review" on sourced candidates When an AI review failed on a sourced prospect, the row stayed at "Pending review" indefinitely — even after a page refresh. It now shows "AI review unavailable" so you know a retry is needed, and the search progress banner counts failed reviews separately from successful ones.
