- Message threads link to the right person's record In Communications, the contact's name in each message thread is now a link to their record — a candidate's application or a prospect's profile — with the role they're being considered for shown underneath. No more hunting for the person after reading a message.
- Clearer inbox labels and empty states The Messages inbox now shows which channel you're looking at, and the empty state tells you exactly what belongs there — candidate replies or prospect replies. If you only have access to one channel, it's labelled clearly instead of showing an unlabelled empty list.
- Prospect deep links now open the right person Links to a prospect's details were silently doing nothing when the prospect was far down the list or filtered out of view. They now navigate to the correct person every time.
