Interviewers now have their own workspace — just their assignments, nothing more

New

  • Interviewer workspace: My Interviews Panel interviewers now sign in to their own workspace showing only the candidates they've been scheduled to interview — grouped into upcoming, awaiting feedback, and done. Each assignment includes the candidate's CV, the role, the stage questions, and their scorecard — with no access to contact details, compensation, or the wider pipeline.
  • Write and submit scorecards from your assignment After an interview, a second tab on the assignment lets you write your scorecard and submit it. Once you've submitted, you can see what the rest of the panel thought — keeping assessments independent until you've weighed in.
  • Control when interviewers see each other's feedback A new Scorecard visibility setting under Settings › Interviews lets admins choose when interviewers can read colleagues' scorecards: always, only after submitting their own, or never.

Improved

  • Scorecards are now author-only Nobody — including admins — can edit or delete a colleague's scorecard. Feedback stays attributable to the person who wrote it. Recruiters can still remove unwanted feedback by deleting the evaluation.
  • Interviewer access clears itself automatically When a candidate is rejected, hired, or withdraws — or an interview is cancelled — the assignment disappears from the interviewer's workspace on its own. No manual permission cleanup needed.
