Echo AI voice interviewer, iterative prospect search, and a full application history tab

New

  • Echo — AI voice interviewer You can now assign Echo, an AI voice interviewer, to an interview stage instead of a human panel. Echo joins the call, conducts the interview from your stage's question script, and delivers a transcript and notes automatically when the meeting ends — no human interviewer required.
  • Application History tab on every candidate Open any candidate and switch to the new History tab to see a full chronological record of their application — stage moves, interviews scheduled or cancelled, messages, and CV evaluations. Each entry shows who acted and when, whether that was a recruiter, the candidate, an AI agent, or an automated step.

Improved

  • Prospect search that adapts when results are thin When a sourcing search comes back empty or weak, Talia no longer dead-ends. She diagnoses the problem, relaxes what's safe to relax, and asks you about the rest — so you get better candidates instead of a dead filter form.
  • Prospect match bands instead of raw scores Sourced prospects now show a match band — Good match, Probable, or Not a match — instead of a raw number. The quick-view still shows the full dimension breakdown, and you can clear all not-a-match prospects in one click.
  • Microsoft Teams interviews now get a proper invite Organizations using Microsoft calendar were being sent down the Google invite path, so no Teams event was created and candidates received nothing. Microsoft orgs now follow the correct calendar flow every time.
  • Agent chat sessions are more reliable Opening an agent session could return an error during busy periods due to the database running out of available connections. That's resolved — agent chats now open reliably even under load.
