Pick your AI assistant in the composer, plus a richer rejection email and a fix for agents going silent

New

  • Pick your AI assistant before you send An avatar at the left of the Command Centre composer lets you choose between Atlas, Stala, and Talia before you hit send. Quick-action chips update the selection automatically, and typing still goes to Atlas if you'd rather let it route for you.

Improved

  • Rejection emails now include helpful resources Candidates who are rejected now receive a more thoughtful email — one that acknowledges their effort and points them to interview prep guides and recommended job-search books. Available in English and Spanish.
  • Candidate overview is more compact The five stat cards on a candidate's Overview tab are now a single compact strip, so the executive summary and quick actions appear higher on the page without scrolling past near-empty boxes.
  • Repeated applications grouped by job If a candidate applied to the same role multiple times, their applications now appear as a single expandable row — "11 applications" instead of eleven near-identical rows — so the Matches tab stays easy to scan.

Fixed

  • AI assistants no longer go silent mid-turn Telling an assistant something like "I'm in CET, keep replies short" could cause it to stop mid-turn and return "The assistant was stopped before it could reply." It now responds normally every time.
