Smarter candidate messaging rules, plus cleaner dictated text

• Candidate messaging follows your pipeline stage You can now only send messages when a candidate is at a stage where someone will reply. Conversations stay readable throughout, but the composer locks once an application closes or reaches offer, and the badge counts only threads you can act on.
• Stala explains why it can't message someone Asking Stala to message a candidate it can't message now returns a clear reason instead of quietly doing nothing. Hired candidates are no longer included in bulk availability requests.
• Dictated text is cleaner and easier to read Words no longer run together when you pause while dictating, and the app no longer adds a stray capital at every pause. Sentences start with a capital, names and acronyms keep theirs, and the rest reads as naturally as typed text.
