People actively working the role are unaffected, and assigned interviewers can still open their interview and submit a scorecard.
• AI agents recover gracefully when something goes wrong Previously, a single error mid-conversation could leave an AI session permanently stuck — the only fix was starting over. Agents now handle errors cleanly and keep going, so a hiccup in one step no longer derails the rest of your conversation.
• AI agents are more reliable on complex tasks Several edge cases that caused agents to give blank replies, answer questions incorrectly, or act on the wrong job have been closed. Agents now validate their own responses before sending them, so what you see is what was actually decided.
