• Schedule or skip rejection emails When you reject a candidate — individually, in bulk, or through Stala — you can now choose to send the rejection email right away, delay it by 1–3 days or a week, pick an exact date and time, or skip it entirely. A scheduled email shows on the application with options to cancel it or send it immediately.
