- Candidates and interviewers get separate calendar invites Interview invites are now sent separately to the candidate and the panel. Candidates see what to expect and the meeting link, without seeing the interviewers' email addresses or replies. Interviewers get the candidate's name, the scorecard link and internal notes the candidate never sees.
- AI agents learn your habits over time Your AI agents now pick up how you like to work (preferred language, reply length, how you want questions asked) from your conversations themselves, once they've seen a pattern more than once. The Agents Memory tab now says so clearly when nothing has been learned yet, rather than showing a blank form.
- Talia's sourcing questions come back to the chat you asked in When a search needs your input, Talia's question now appears in the chat where you started it, in a Talia chat or in the Command Centre, and answering it carries the search on right there. One chat can now work on any of your sourcing projects, one search at a time, and a link to the sourcing project appears under Talia's reply.
