- Agents now show a verified list of what they did After every action — moving prospects, sending messages, publishing a job, sending an intake form — Atlas and Talia now show a server-checked outcome list under their reply. Each item is marked done, not done, or not permitted, so you always know exactly what happened.
- Talia shortlists the right tier for "the strong ones" Saying "shortlist the strong ones", "the best ones", or "the top ones" now moves only Highly likely prospects. Add a number — "the best 5" — and Talia caps the count in order, then tells you how many were available.
- Candidate interview process mirrors the job's plan The Interviews tab on a candidate profile now shows the full interview plan as a stage list — with completed stages, the current stage, and interview counts marked — so you can see exactly where a candidate stands at a glance.
- Availability calendar hour labels are easier to read When candidates pick their interview availability, every time label now fits on one line and the 12:00 AM label is no longer hidden behind the day headers.
