Fixed
- Spurious error messages no longer appear mid-task When an AI agent navigated to a new page and made an edit in the same step, a confusing error message could flash on screen even though everything completed successfully. That message no longer appears.
Fixed
- Calendar integration dialog no longer crashes The Google Calendar connection dialog was failing to load in some cases, leaving you unable to connect or manage your calendar integration. It now opens reliably every time.
New
- Boolean screening questions on job applications Job applications can now include yes/no screening questions, giving you a faster way to filter candidates on the criteria that matter most before you review their full profile.
Improved
- Delete candidates with active interviews or offers You can now delete a candidate even when they have scheduled interviews or a pending offer. Atlast shows you exactly what will be affected — interviews to cancel, offer status — and asks you to confirm before anything is removed.
New
- Yes/No screening questions on job applications When building knockout questions for a role, you can now choose between a free-text answer or a simple Yes/No toggle. Candidates see clear Yes/No buttons on the application form, and their answers appear as Yes or No on the candidate profile.
Improved
- Screening questions are now optional to answer Candidates are no longer required to answer screening questions before submitting a job application. All questions are marked (Optional) and the form submits even if some are left blank.
New
- Schedule interviews with a Google Calendar invite When you save an interview, a Save & Send Google Invite button opens Google Calendar with the event pre-filled — attendees, time, location, and notes included. No more sending ICS attachments separately.
- Add to Calendar links on every interview card Upcoming interview cards now include Add to Calendar links for Google Calendar, Outlook, and .ics download — so interviewers can add the event to whichever calendar they use.
Improved
- Interview notes pre-filled with the essentials When you create an interview, the notes field is automatically populated with the stage name, interviewer names and titles, and — for in-person interviews — the location address. Less typing, fewer missed details.
- Reminded to update the calendar when you edit or cancel If your organization hasn't connected Google Calendar directly, Atlast now shows a reminder when you edit or delete an interview — so you don't forget to update the event on your end.
New
- Preview CVs inline while reviewing applications On larger screens, a CV preview panel now appears alongside the application page so you can read a candidate's CV without opening a separate tab or scrolling away from the rest of their details.
Improved
- Sidebar adapts to dark mode and collapsed state The sidebar now shows the right logo variant in dark mode and displays a compact avatar when collapsed — so the navigation feels at home however you have your display set up.
- Job list and application pages are easier to read Tabs, headers, and badges on job views now lay out more cleanly across different screen sizes, making it easier to scan and navigate between roles.
New
- Knockout screening questions on job applications Candidates now answer your screening questions as part of the application form. Questions can be optional or required, and their responses are submitted alongside the application — so you can filter candidates before they reach your pipeline.
- Generate a job description from your intake form When a job description is empty, a new Generate from Intake Form button lets you create one directly from an existing intake form — no need to write from scratch or switch between pages.
Improved
- Reordering screening questions is more intuitive Dragging screening questions to reorder them now uses smooth edge-aware insertion instead of a simple swap — so questions land exactly where you drop them.
- Intake form now explains what it's for An informational banner now appears at the top of the intake form editor and viewer, making it clear what the form is used for and how it fits into the hiring process.
New
- Knockout question answers on candidate profiles When a candidate applies to a role with knockout questions, their answers now appear directly on their profile, quick-view panel, and application details — so you can assess fit at a glance without digging through a separate form.
Fixed
- Intake form chat stays in sync when filling out forms When answering intake form questions through the chat panel, the form was sometimes not updating to reflect your answers. It now stays in sync reliably, and the page no longer jumps away from the chat while you're in the middle of a conversation.
Improved
- Interview plans can no longer be accidentally deleted Safeguards are now in place to prevent an interview plan from being removed once it's in use — so your structured interview process stays intact throughout the hiring workflow.
New
- Suggested interviewers in your interview plan When building or editing an interview plan, Atlast now suggests interviewers for each stage — so you spend less time hunting through your team roster and can slot the right people in faster.
Improved
- Write interview questions in a rich text editor Each interview stage now has a full rich text editor for your questions — so you can format, structure, and edit them just like any other document, instead of filling in one field per question.
New
- AI assistance while reviewing intake forms When a hiring manager opens an intake form sent by a recruiter, they can now ask the chat for help drafting an answer, generating clarifying questions, or improving an existing one. Three one-click prompts get the most common requests started.
Improved
- Sent-at and completed-at on intake forms The intake form header now shows when the form was sent to the hiring manager and when they completed it — so recruiters can see at a glance how long a form has been outstanding.
New
- Suggest hiring managers on a job When setting up a role, you can now search for and suggest a hiring manager directly from the job form — making it easier to assign ownership and keep your team aligned from the start.
Fixed
- Careers page preview now shows your logo correctly When a logo was uploaded, the org name was still showing alongside it in the careers page preview. The preview now shows your logo on its own, as it appears to candidates.
