Users, Groups, and Audit Log pages now work on mobile and small screens

Improved

  • Users, Groups, and Audit Log work on small screens The Users, Groups, and Audit Log pages now adapt to narrow screens — tables scroll horizontally instead of pushing the page sideways, and action toolbars stack cleanly on phones so everything stays reachable.

See at a glance when a sourced prospect has applied, and jump straight to their application

Improved

  • See when a sourced prospect has applied When a prospect you sourced applies through their invite link, their profile now shows a prominent Applied banner with the application date and a View Application button — so you can jump straight to their candidate record without hunting for it.
  • "View Job" button now opens the job description The View Job button on a job's sourcing page now opens the job description as expected, instead of doing nothing.

Send sourced candidates a personal invite link, tune Talia's search filters, and EU work-permit sourcing is now reliable

New

  • Send sourced prospects a personal invite link Generate a reusable invite link for any sourced prospect and share it over email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or SMS. Prospects land on a branded page with the role pre-filled and can apply in one step or decline — either for that role or all future outreach from your org.
  • Track prospect interest back to their application When a prospect applies through their invite link, an Applied badge appears on their sourcing card and links straight to their application. If they decline, you'll see whether they opted out of just that role or all outreach — and messaging is disabled automatically.
  • Refine and save Talia's sourcing filters per job A new Refine search panel lets you review and edit the filters Talia derived from your job description — skills, seniority, experience, countries, cities, remote allowance, and more — then save them as the fixed source of truth for every future search on that role.

Improved

  • Saved sourcing filters stay in sync with your JD If you edit the job description after saving a filter snapshot, a warning banner appears with a one-click option to pull in Talia's updated suggestions for review. Your saved filters keep driving searches until you explicitly choose to refresh them — no silent overrides.
  • EU work-permit sourcing now reliably scopes to EU-27 When a job requires an EU work permit — in the Work Authorization field, a knockout question, or the job description — sourcing now consistently returns only EU-based candidates. A deterministic check catches cases where the AI previously missed the constraint.
  • Applications from outreach are clearly marked Candidates who applied through a sourced invite link now show a Sourced via outreach badge on their profile header and quick-view panel, with a link back to the originating prospect and their conversation history.

Fixed

  • Accented candidate names now capitalize correctly Names like "Concepción" or "Lleïr" were being capitalized incorrectly in sourcing results. They now display with the right casing throughout.
  • Careers page website edits no longer get lost Changes to your organization's website URL in Careers Page settings were being silently discarded. Edits now save correctly every time.

Tune Talia's sourcing filters per job, plus more reliable EU work-permit scoping

New

  • Refine and save sourcing filters per job A new Refine search panel lets you review and adjust the filters Talia derived from a job description — skills, seniority, experience, locations, remote allowance, and more. Save them and every future search for that job uses your version. A banner alerts you when the job description changes so you can pull in fresh suggestions.

Improved

  • EU work-permit scoping is now reliable When a job specifies an EU work-permit requirement — in the Work Authorization field, a knockout question, or the job description — sourcing now consistently limits results to EU member states. Previously the constraint could be silently dropped, returning candidates who could never be hired for the role.

Fixed

  • Accented candidate names now capitalize correctly Names containing accented letters — such as "Concepción" or "Lleïr" — were being capitalized incorrectly in candidate cards and profile views. They now display with the correct casing.
  • Careers page website field no longer loses your edits Changes to the website field in Careers Page settings were being silently discarded on save. Your website now saves and appears correctly every time.

Tune exactly which candidates Talia searches for, per job — and EU work-permit scoping now holds

New

  • Refine and save sourcing filters per job A new Refine search panel lets you review and edit the filters Talia derived from your job description — skills, seniority, experience, countries, cities, remote allowance, and more. Save them and every future search of that job uses your version, not Talia's automatic extraction.
  • Filters stay yours until you say otherwise When you save a filter snapshot, it drives all searches until you choose to update it. If the job description changes after you save, a warning banner appears with a one-click path to pull in the latest suggestions for review — no silent overrides of your intent.

Fixed

  • EU work-permit requirement now holds during sourcing When a job required an EU work permit, the constraint could be silently dropped — returning candidates from outside the EU despite the requirement being clearly stated. Sourcing now reliably scopes results to EU member states every time.
  • Candidate names with accented characters display correctly Names containing accented letters — such as "Concepción" or "Lleïr" — were being capitalized incorrectly. They now display as expected.

The Prospects page is redesigned with a job picker and consistent tab counts across all views

Improved

  • Redesigned Prospects page with job picker The Prospects page now opens with a job picker so you can jump straight into a specific role or switch to a cross-job view to compare prospects across all open roles at once. Recent jobs appear as quick-pick chips for faster navigation.
  • Accurate tab counts and consistent sorting Each status tab — New, Shortlisted, Rejected, Converted — now shows an exact count that stays correct no matter which tab you're on. You can sort by AI score or date in both views, and paging through long lists no longer skips or duplicates rows.

See exactly how Talia scored each prospect, dimension by dimension

New

  • Full score breakdown for every sourced prospect Talia now scores each prospect across five dimensions — title & seniority, experience, location, education, and skills — with a score, weighting, and plain-language justification for each. Open a prospect's detail view to see the full breakdown.
  • Red flags cap scores for hard outreach blockers When a prospect has a serious blocker — like a work-permit mismatch or an impractical location — Talia flags it prominently and caps the score at 40, so a lower number always means something real.

Prospect AI review scores now update live — no refresh needed

Improved

  • Prospect AI scores update in real time After Talia finds prospects, each card now fills in its AI score and review summary as the deep review completes — no refresh needed. Prospects still being evaluated show a clear Pending review pill so you know what's ready to act on.
  • Re-running a review stays live until it finishes When you re-run an AI review on a prospect, the loading indicator stays active until the new score actually lands — in both the list and the detail view. No more wondering whether the review ran or silently did nothing.

Sourcing now filters for EU work authorization automatically, plus a tidier portal

Improved

  • Sourcing respects EU work-permit requirements When a job requires EU work authorization, sourcing now automatically limits results to EU-27 candidates — no more manually discarding profiles that can't be hired. State the requirement once, anywhere in the job description, and it's picked up.

Fixed

  • Interview notes now display with correct formatting Notes on interview cards — whether written by you or generated by Stala — now render formatting correctly instead of showing raw markup.

Sourcing results are more reliable — smarter staleness detection

Improved

  • Sourcing staleness banner only appears when it matters The "Job description was updated — re-run sourcing" banner now appears only when content that affects candidate matching actually changed. Publishing a job or editing a hiring manager no longer falsely flags your prospects as stale.

Fixed

  • Re-reviewing prospects now actually rescores them Clicking "Re-review all with latest JD" was sometimes short-circuiting and leaving prospects still flagged as stale. It now re-runs the AI review against the current job description every time.

Talia finds more candidates from a wider area, with real-time search progress

Improved

  • Talia sources from a wider commute area Talia now searches the natural commuter zone around your target city — so a search for Barcelona surfaces candidates in Hospitalet, Sabadell, and nearby towns, not just the city itself. Seniority and specialist role filtering are also sharper.
  • More candidates found Improved sourcing for niche engineering disciplines and smaller European markets, you'll see more prospects — with no change to scoring or outreach.
  • Real-time progress during Talia searches Instead of a blank spinner, Talia now narrates each step as it happens — "Found 8 prospects in your library", "Searching for more candidates…", "Scoring 14 candidates…" — so you know exactly where the search is up to.
  • Candidate names with accents display correctly Names like "Ángel Simón Vegas" or "Anaïs Lefèvre" were rendering with broken capitalisation due to a casing rule that misread accent characters. They now display exactly as entered.

Smaller fixes and improvements across the platform

Improved

  • "New version" prompt is less intrusive The notification that a new version of Atlast is available now checks in the background once an hour instead of every 15 minutes. You can also dismiss it for 3 hours, so it won't reappear every time you switch pages.

Dictate into any AI input, plus a redesigned Careers Page settings

New

  • Dictate into any AI text field A microphone button now appears in every AI-facing input — Atlas, Stala, and Talia chat composers, the interview transcript Q&A box, and the LinkedIn outreach editor. Click to speak and your words are transcribed in real time.

Improved

  • Redesigned Careers Page settings The Careers Page settings tab is now organized into focused cards for brand colors, company info, and customization — with a side-by-side preview that lets you switch between desktop and mobile views as you edit.

AI credits go further, a clearer credits gauge, and a tidier jobs list

New

  • Session-expired dialog If your session is invalidated while you're using the app, a clear dialog now appears with a single Sign in button. Previously the app would silently fail to load data — now it's obvious what happened and what to do next.

Improved

  • AI credits go further across all plans Most AI operations now consume fewer credits.
  • AI Credits indicator now reads like a fuel gauge The credits bar in the sidebar starts full and shrinks as you spend. It turns yellow at 30% remaining and red at 10% — so you can tell at a glance how much headroom you have before topping up.
  • Junior and entry-level candidates now appear in sourcing Searches for junior, intern, graduate, and trainee roles were silently skipping the candidates they were meant to surface. A search for a junior role now correctly returns entry-level profiles.
  • Jobs list is easier to scan Job rows now show inline View Pipeline and View Prospects actions, plus a direct link to the public posting when a job is live. The Jobs, Candidates, and Prospects pages each have a short description below the title.

Smaller fixes and improvements across the platform

Fixed

  • Interview autofill suggestions appear without a refresh After Stala analysed an interview and you clicked Go to Profile, the extracted suggestions — salary expectation, notice period, sponsorship — weren't visible until you refreshed the page. They now appear immediately.

Stala extracts key candidate details from prescreen interviews, plus a fix for removing teammates

New

  • Stala pulls key details from prescreen interviews After a prescreen interview, Stala now extracts expected salary, notice period, and sponsorship needs from the conversation. Suggestions appear on the candidate profile with an Apply button — you review each one before anything is saved.
  • Jump to any moment in an interview recording Timestamps in the interview analysis — on flags, notes, and extracted fields — are now clickable. Click one and the recording jumps straight to that moment, with the page scrolling to the player automatically.

Fixed

  • Auto-fill suggestions appear without a page refresh Extracted candidate details from prescreen interviews were sometimes only visible after manually refreshing the page. Suggestions now appear as soon as the analysis is ready.
  • Removing a teammate no longer fails due to outreach history If a teammate had sent or received LinkedIn outreach messages through Atlast, removing them from your organization would fail. You can now remove them without issue — their conversation history is retained as an audit record.

Stala now suggests candidate details from prescreen interviews, plus easier team management

Improved

  • Stala extracts key details from prescreen interviews After a prescreen interview, Stala surfaces extracted fields — expected salary, notice period, and sponsorship needs — as inline suggestions on the candidate profile. Click Apply to copy a value into the main field.
  • Clickable timestamps in interview analysis Flags and notes in the interview analysis view now have clickable timestamps. Click one to jump directly to that moment in the recording — no more scrubbing manually to find the right spot.
  • AI disclaimer on interview analysis The interview analysis page now includes a short disclaimer reminding you to review AI-generated content before acting on it.

Fixed

  • Removing a teammate with LinkedIn history now works Previously, trying to remove a team member who had sent or received LinkedIn messages through Atlast would fail. You can now remove them without issue — their outreach history is kept as an audit record.
  • Prescreen interview analysis now extracts data correctly A bug was causing the transcript to be passed to the analysis engine incorrectly, resulting in empty extractions every time. Analysis and auto-fill suggestions now work as expected.

Interview notes, AI insights, and transcript search arrive in real time after your meetings end

New

  • AI analysis of completed interviews After an interview wraps, you can now generate an AI analysis on demand — covering candidate strengths, gaps, red flags, and hiring manager notes. Results stream in as they're ready, no page refresh needed.
  • Search your interview transcripts by voice or text A new transcript search panel lets you find exactly what was said in any interview — by typing or speaking your query. Results show the speaker's real name and a timestamp you can click to jump to that moment in the recording.
  • AI-extracted candidate data from prescreen interviews Key details mentioned during a prescreen — salary expectations, notice period, sponsorship needs — are now automatically pulled from the transcript and shown on the application card, with a confidence indicator and the source timestamp.

Improved

  • Interview notes and recordings appear without refreshing Meeting summaries, video, and audio now appear the moment Stala finishes processing — no more manual refresh to see what was captured. Status indicators also update in real time so you always know where things stand.

Cleaner jobs list, and a fix for the re-review banner

Improved

  • Jobs list is easier to scan and act on Each job row now shows the hiring manager and owner inline, a prominent View Pipeline button, and a tidier overflow menu with one-click access to job details, prospects, and the public posting. Sort by newest, oldest, or title.
  • Searchable job filters on candidate and prospect lists The job filter dropdowns on the Candidates and Prospects lists are now searchable — with each job's short ID shown as a badge alongside the title, so you can find the right role quickly even in a long list.
  • "View Prospects" goes straight to the sourcing workbench Clicking View Prospects from a job row now takes you directly to that job's sourcing workbench — where you can find more candidates and send a shortlist to your Hiring Manager — instead of the generic filtered list.
  • "Send for HM review" shows how many will be sent The button now reads Send 3 shortlisted to HM (or however many you have), and hides entirely when there are no shortlisted prospects — no more confusing disabled state.
  • Sourcing credit check before a search runs When you run a sourcing search, Atlast now checks your AI credit balance against the projected cost before contacting the provider. If your balance is too low, you get a clear message up front — no partial run, no surprise deduction.

Fixed

  • Re-review banner now dismisses when re-review completes The "Job description updated — re-review all prospects" banner was staying on screen even after re-review finished, if all results came from cache. It now dismisses correctly as soon as the re-review completes.

Send your sourcing shortlist to a hiring manager for review before reaching out

New

  • Hiring Manager prospect review queue Recruiters can now route a job's shortlisted prospects to a hiring manager for a soft sign-off before sending outreach. The HM gets a notification, opens a focused review queue, and approves or rejects each prospect with an optional comment.
  • HM review status on every prospect card Each prospect now shows its review state — Awaiting HM, HM Approved, or HM Rejected — on the prospect row and inside the detail view, along with the HM's name and any comment they left.
  • Override with a clear confirmation Outreach is never blocked, but sending to a prospect the HM rejected triggers a confirmation that shows the HM's comment — so you always know what you're overriding before you proceed.
  • Filter prospects by HM review state A new HM review state filter on the prospects list lets you pull up everything approved, everything still awaiting review, or everything rejected — across all your jobs at once.

Improved

  • Referrer Portal now fully reflects your brand The Referrer Portal picks up your organization's logo, hero color, and brand font automatically — so employees browsing open roles and submitting referrals see your company's identity throughout.

Improved

  • Referrer Portal now fully reflects your brand The Referrer Portal shows your organization's logo, colors, and fonts throughout — so employees referring candidates see a consistent experience that looks and feels like your company.
  • "Learn more" on Google Calendar goes to the right place The link below the Connect Google Calendar button now takes you directly to the section of our privacy policy that covers calendar permissions, instead of the general privacy landing page.

  • "Learn more" on Google Calendar goes to the right place The link below the Connect Google Calendar button now takes you directly to the section of our privacy policy that covers calendar permissions, instead of the general privacy landing page.

Fixed

  • Talia search results load reliably again Fresh Talia searches were occasionally failing to display results and falling back to the chat input instead of showing candidates. Searches now complete and show results as expected every time.

Referrer Portal launches, plus LinkedIn conversation view, Stala improvements, and sourcing clarity

New

  • Referrer Portal is live Your employees can now browse open roles and submit referrals from a dedicated, branded portal — no Atlast account needed. Send them the link and they can refer a candidate in under a minute.
  • Per-organization branding on the Referrer Portal The Referrer Portal shows your organization's logo, colors, and brand font, so every referral experience looks like it's coming from your company.
  • Manage authorized email domains for referrals In the new Referrals settings tab, you can add the email domains that allow your employees to sign in to the Referrer Portal — no separate accounts needed.
  • Copy your Referrer Portal link from settings Your public Referrer Portal URL is now surfaced in the Referrals settings tab with a one-click copy button. If you haven't set up a careers subdomain yet, a clear prompt guides you to do that first.
  • View and reply to LinkedIn message threads You can now read full LinkedIn message conversations and send follow-up messages directly from a candidate's profile in Atlast — no need to switch to LinkedIn. Delivery and read receipts update in real time.
  • Add Stala back to a meeting after removing her If you removed Stala from a scheduled interview, you can now add her back with a single click — no need to cancel and reschedule.

Improved

  • Referred candidates are clearly marked Candidates who came in through the Referrer Portal now show a Referred badge on their candidate card, profile header, and quick-view panel — including the referrer's name and email at a glance.
  • Interview scheduling is now a single unified view The calendar and manual time-picker are now combined into one interface. On desktop you get a side-by-side split view; on mobile they stack. Picking a date in either place keeps the other in sync.
  • Meeting notes appear inside the interview card Stala's notes now display inline on the interview card, so you can read them without leaving the candidate's page.
  • Profile completeness is easier to understand The sourcing signal formerly called "data reliability" is now labeled Profile completeness and sits under the Candidate Profile column where it belongs. The tooltip explains exactly what drives a high, medium, or low rating.
  • Clearer Google Calendar connection details The Google Calendar integration card now spells out exactly what Atlast accesses — free/busy reads, calendar events, and Meet link generation — so you know what you're agreeing to before you connect.
  • LinkedIn troubleshooting tips built right in If you hit a CAPTCHA or verification prompt while connecting LinkedIn, a Having trouble connecting? section now appears on the integration card with step-by-step guidance to get you unblocked.
