Stala meeting notes now appear only when your meeting link supports them

Improved

  • Stala notes only appear for supported meeting types Stala's notes and bot controls now show up only when your interview uses a Google Meet link. For Zoom, Teams, Jitsi, and other providers, the notes panel stays hidden so you're not shown options that won't work.

Stala can now take notes in your interviews

New

  • Stala joins your interviews and takes notes You can now send Stala into a scheduled interview to record and summarize what was discussed. Notes appear directly on the interview card once the meeting ends, so your team has a structured recap without any manual write-up.

Retry stuck AI reviews and a cleaner prospect detail view

New

  • Retry stuck AI reviews If an AI deep-review on a sourced prospect is stuck or fails, you can now retry it directly from the candidate's confidence pill. Useful when an edited job description means existing reviews need a fresh take.

Improved

  • Prospect detail dialog, restructured Personal contact info now lives in its own Contact card with every outreach channel — work and personal email, phone, LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter. Match breakdown bars are color-coded, and the header shows the role each prospect was sourced for.

Fixed

  • Prospect badge shows the right job The "sourced for" label on prospect cards now reflects the role they were matched against, not the prospect's own current job title — so what you see matches what you were sourcing for.

Talia now surfaces sourcing candidates directly in your pipeline

New

  • Talia sourcing is now part of your workflow Talia can now help you source candidates directly inside Atlast. Ask her to find people for a role and she'll surface matching profiles you can act on without leaving your pipeline.

Remove questions from intake forms, plus consistent text sizing across job detail tabs

Improved

  • Remove questions from intake forms You can now delete individual questions from an intake form while editing — no need to work around unwanted questions or rebuild a form from scratch.

Fixed

  • Job detail tabs now read at a consistent size Text across the Job Description, Intake Form, Interview Plan, and Pitch Kit tabs was rendering at mismatched sizes. All four tabs now use the same heading and body text scale, so the page feels uniform as you move between them.

Calendar now shows when interviewers are free, not when they're busy

Improved

  • Free time, not busy time Interview scheduling now highlights when interviewers are available, computed from their busy periods inside each candidate's availability window. No more mentally inverting blocked-out blocks to find a slot that works.
  • Snap to a precise time Click any free block and the calendar selects a sub-slot exactly the length of your interview, with a hover preview before you commit. Easier to land on the right start time without dragging.

Smaller fixes and improvements across the platform

Improved

  • Google Calendar alerts you when permissions need a refresh If your Google Calendar connection is missing the permissions Atlast needs, a banner now appears to let you know — so scheduling and availability features keep working without any guesswork on your part.

See who's accepted, declined, or not responded — right on the interview card

Improved

  • See each attendee's RSVP status at a glance Interview cards now show an inline list of attendees with color-coded badges for accepted, declined, and awaiting responses. Hover over the RSVP summary on the command center widget or interview stage to see each person's name and response.

See who's accepted, declined, or hasn't responded to interviews — plus a Google Calendar setup guide

New

  • See interview RSVP status at a glance Interview cards, stage headers, and the upcoming interviews widget now show each attendee's response — Accepted, Declined, Tentative, or Awaiting. Statuses update in real time, and you get a notification when someone declines.
  • Google Calendar setup guide A step-by-step guide for connecting Google Calendar is now available in the help docs and linked directly from the Google Calendar integration settings card — so you can get set up without leaving the app.

You're now warned before leaving an active AI conversation mid-session

Improved

  • Stay in control when navigating mid-conversation If you navigate away or switch tabs while an AI conversation is in progress, Atlast now prompts you before leaving — so you don't accidentally lose your work or context mid-session.

Fixed

  • Switching tabs no longer carries over edit mode Moving between tabs while in edit mode used to leave the destination tab stuck in edit state. Tabs now always open in view mode, as expected.

Tune how candidate CVs are scored, profile by profile

New

  • CV scoring weight profiles Build profiles that weight what matters most for a role — technical fit, experience relevance, business impact, leadership, career trajectory, and presentation quality — then pick the right profile when you create or edit a job.
  • Spot outdated CV scores When you change a scoring profile, candidates scored against the old weights are flagged so you can re-score them on demand. No more guessing which results are still trustworthy.

Improved

  • See which profile scored each candidate The CV section on a candidate profile now shows which scoring profile produced the score — so you know what was being optimized for at the time.

Atlas can now open the right editor for you automatically, without extra prompts

Improved

  • Atlas opens the right editor without extra steps When you ask Atlas to make a change from a page where editing isn't available, it now navigates you directly to the correct editor and picks up right where you left off — no extra prompts or repeated requests needed.

Fixed

  • Atlas no longer asks you to select a job you're already on When working from a job's page, Atlas was sometimes asking you to select the job again before it could help. It now recognizes which job you're viewing and gets straight to the task.

Smaller fixes and improvements across the platform

Fixed

  • Stala no longer shows a stuck loading spinner When Stala was handling a scheduling request, a loading indicator could get stuck on screen even after she had finished and replied. The spinner now clears correctly once Stala's response appears.

You can now dictate messages to Talia using your microphone

New

  • Dictate messages to Talia with your voice A microphone button now appears in the chat input. Click it to start speaking and your words are transcribed in real time — no typing needed. Dictation stops automatically when you send a message or Talia starts responding.

Switch AI agents faster, plus easier navigation back to listing pages

New

  • Switch agents without opening the full panel A new dropdown on the agent button lets you switch between AI agents in one click — no need to open the full orchestrator panel first.

Improved

  • Re-click sidebar items to return to list views You can now click an already-active sidebar item to navigate back to the listing page from a detail view — handy when you want to quickly return to your full candidate or job list.

AI agents can now pause mid-task to ask you a question, then pick up right where they left off

Improved

  • AI agents stay on track during complex tasks When an AI agent like Stala needs more information mid-task, she now pauses, asks you a question, and resumes exactly where she left off — instead of getting stuck or requiring you to start over.
  • Copy any message in a chat conversation You can now copy any message in an agent chat — not just replies from the assistant. Handy for saving your own prompts or sharing a full exchange.

AI interview scheduling is faster and more direct

Improved

  • "Schedule with AI" opens Stala directly Clicking Schedule with AI now opens Stala's scheduling assistant straight away — no extra step in between. The conversation starts automatically, and Stala closes on its own when you navigate away from the candidate.

Choose between AI-assisted and manual scheduling when booking interviews

Improved

  • Pick how you want to schedule each interview When you book an interview, you can now choose between letting Stala handle the scheduling for you or doing it manually yourself — whichever fits the moment.

Smaller fixes and improvements across the platform

Fixed

  • AI chat questions no longer get cut off on small screens When the AI assistant asked a multiple-choice question, the options and Submit button could overflow off-screen on smaller viewports, making it impossible to answer. The options list now scrolls and the Submit button is always reachable.
