Interview tabs update in real time, plus fixes for lost chat history and blocked careers saves

Improved

  • Interview tab updates itself when anything changes When an interview is rescheduled, cancelled, or newly booked — by you, a colleague, or Stala — the candidate's Interviews tab now refreshes automatically. A brief outline highlights the changed card so a fast update isn't missed, and cancelled interviews fade out with a red outline instead of vanishing silently.
  • Careers page settings tell you what's blocking a save The Save button on careers settings now stays clickable and scrolls to the field that needs attention when something is invalid. A banner explains when your careers page isn't live because no subdomain is set, and clearing your company website now actually clears it.

Fixed

  • Agent chat history can no longer be silently erased Opening a second chat panel for a running session could wipe out earlier messages permanently. Reopening a session now always shows the live conversation, and your prompt appears immediately even while the agent is still working on a long first step.
  • Form validation errors appear below the right field Validation errors across the app now appear directly below the field they belong to, clear as soon as you fix the field, and are correctly linked for screen readers — instead of running into the field label or persisting until the next save.
  • Improved access controls across the platform Tightened access controls to improve security across the platform.

Careers settings now explain what's blocking a save, plus chat history can no longer be silently lost

Fixed

  • Agent chat history can no longer be silently lost Reopening an agent session that was still working could show an empty conversation — and sending a message from that empty panel could permanently erase earlier turns. Chat history is now preserved reliably, and your prompt appears immediately even during long first turns.
  • Careers settings now explain what's blocking a save The Save button used to grey out with no explanation when something was invalid, and logo uploads or section toggles could fail silently. Save now stays clickable, highlights the field that needs attention, and scrolls to it automatically.
  • Form validation errors appear in the right place Validation errors across the app now appear directly below the field they belong to, clear as soon as you fix the field, and are correctly linked for screen readers — no more messages running into labels or persisting after you've made a correction.

AI chat history is now protected from being lost when multiple sessions run at once

Fixed

  • AI chat history no longer gets erased mid-session When multiple AI sessions were running in parallel, reopening an active session could show an empty conversation — and sending a follow-up from that blank panel could permanently delete earlier messages. Conversations are now protected and always reload correctly, even when sessions overlap.

Smaller fixes and improvements across the platform

Smarter interview scheduling, hiring manager prospect reviews, and AI agent reliability improvements

New

  • Scheduling never books blind when calendars are unavailable The interview scheduler now tells you when it can't read an interviewer's calendar — instead of silently treating them as free. You'll see who's affected and can choose to search anyway, with any results clearly flagged. A broken calendar connection prompts you to reconnect rather than letting you override it.
  • Cancelled interviews now disappear from calendars Cancelling an interview through Stala now removes the event from every attendee's Google or Outlook calendar. If the removal fails, a banner tells you to delete it manually — no more ghost events left behind silently.
  • Schedule using a colleague's shared calendar A recruiter with a connected calendar can now schedule against teammates who haven't connected theirs, using calendars already shared with them in Google. Slots found this way are labelled "via shared calendar" in the legend and on the grid.

Improved

  • Hiring manager owns prospect review end to end Sending a shortlist no longer asks you to pick a reviewer. The job's assigned hiring manager receives it automatically. If no hiring manager is set yet, you'll see a clear prompt to assign one — and reassigning a hiring manager moves their pending review queue instantly.
  • Hiring managers can review prospects independently Hiring managers can now open their review queue and approve or reject prospects without needing recruiter-level access. Decisions are permanently attributed by name, even after a job changes hands.
  • AI agent artifacts appear the moment they're created Created artifacts — job descriptions, interview plans, pitch kits — now appear in the panel immediately and stay visible even when an agent pauses to ask a question, errors mid-stream, or the session is reopened later.
  • Answering an agent question mid-task no longer crashes Replying to an agent question during a creation task was causing a "Something went wrong" error that left the session permanently stuck. That crash is fixed — the agent now picks up exactly where it left off.
  • Active tab on Profile and Users & Groups now sticks Refreshing the page or opening a shared link now lands you on the correct tab instead of resetting to the first one. The active tab is part of the URL, so you can bookmark or share it directly.

Fixed

  • Sourcing page no longer shows "No prospects" incorrectly A job's sourcing page was incorrectly showing "No sourced prospects yet" even when the job had prospects. It now displays them correctly.

See how candidates are scored directly from the job description page

Improved

  • CV scoring weights visible on the job page A new CV Scoring chip in the job header shows how much weight each evaluation dimension carries for that role — so you can see exactly how applicants are being scored without leaving the job page. Jobs without a custom profile show your organization's default, clearly labelled.

Fixed

  • Calendar disconnect dialog no longer appears twice The calendar integration card was showing two confirmation dialogs at once when you tried to disconnect. It now shows just one, as expected.

Failed AI reviews on sourced candidates now show a clear status instead of a stuck spinner

Fixed

  • Stuck "Pending review" on sourced candidates When an AI review failed on a sourced prospect, the row stayed at "Pending review" indefinitely — even after a page refresh. It now shows "AI review unavailable" so you know a retry is needed, and the search progress banner counts failed reviews separately from successful ones.

Smaller fixes and improvements across the platform

Fixed

  • Stale session links no longer show repeated errors A shared link to a session that no longer exists now clears itself from the address bar — so the "session not found" message stops reappearing on every reload. If another session is already open, the link updates to point to that one instead.
  • Failed filter reset shows a helpful message When resetting filters failed, a raw technical error was shown instead of a clear explanation. You now see a message that tells you what to do next.
  • Refine Search fields are easier to navigate Every field in the Refine Search dialog now has a proper label for screen readers, and clicking a field's caption focuses it — making the dialog easier to use with assistive technology.

Stala note-taker now works with Microsoft Teams, plus clearer calendar errors and sourcing filter fixes

Improved

  • Stala note-taker now works with Microsoft Teams When you schedule an interview with a Microsoft Teams link, Stala's note-taker now appears just like it does for Google Meet — including the status chip and bot badge. Before this, the entire notes section was hidden for Teams meetings with no explanation.
  • Clearer errors when a calendar connection test fails Testing your Google or Microsoft calendar connection now shows a plain-language message explaining what went wrong and what to do next — re-grant admin consent, add the mailbox, or wait and retry. Raw API error strings no longer appear on screen.

Fixed

  • Sourcing filters no longer time out on new jobs Loading or saving search filters for a job with a new or recently edited description could fail with a timeout error. Filters now load correctly, and if the analysis takes more than a few seconds a short "still working" message appears so nothing looks stuck.

Schedule interviews with Microsoft Teams and Outlook Calendar, at full parity with Google

New

  • Microsoft 365 calendar integration Organizations using Microsoft 365 can now schedule interviews through Outlook Calendar — with auto-generated Teams join links, free/busy-aware slot suggestions, and reschedule or cancel that syncs back to Outlook. Admins choose the org's calendar provider once in Settings → Calendar.
  • Org-wide Microsoft calendar access for admins Admins can grant tenant-wide consent once so every recruiter in the org gets calendar access automatically — no need for each person to connect individually. Per-user connection is also available from Profile → Integrations.

Improved

  • Connected calendar account is now visible Every calendar integration row now shows the provider logo, a provider badge, and the connected email address. If your Google connection predates this change, a prompt asks you to reconnect so the account email can be displayed.
  • Switching calendar providers is clearly explained If you try to switch your org's calendar provider while accounts are still connected, Atlast now shows a dialog listing exactly what needs to be disconnected first — instead of silently reverting your selection.

Each AI agent now has its own color, plus Atlas works more reliably on the job you're viewing

Improved

  • Tell your AI agents apart at a glance Atlas, Stala, and Talia each have their own color now. Session cards, avatars, the agent switcher, and the Command Center banner all use each agent's color — so you can see who's doing what without reading the name.
  • Atlas acts on the job you're already viewing When you ask Atlas to create an intake form, it now attaches to the job you're on — not a blank new one. If that job already has an intake form, Atlas links you straight to it instead of creating a duplicate.
  • Atlas recognizes an existing job description Atlas now reads the job description from the saved record, not just what the page sent. Asking it to edit or publish an existing description is no longer misread as a request to create one from scratch.

Ask the wrong assistant for help and it now hands you off to the right one automatically

Improved

  • Wrong assistant? You're handed off automatically If you ask Stala or Talia for something outside their specialty, they now reply with a one-click link that opens the Command Center with your original request already typed in. One click and you pick up right where you left off — nothing sends until you're ready.

See live RSVP status on every interview card, plus Stala notes in emails and a note-taker fix

Improved

  • Live RSVP status on every interview card Every upcoming interview now shows the candidate and each interviewer as labeled chips with their live accept or decline status — in the Command Center and on the candidate's Interviews tab. When someone declines, the card highlights it and a one-click Reschedule takes you straight to the affected stage.
  • Past interviews show per-interviewer feedback Past interviews are now one card per session, with each interviewer's scorecard in its own expandable row — so you can read feedback without wading through a single combined block.
  • Google Calendar RSVP responses sync automatically For organizations with Google Calendar connected, attendee responses made directly in Google Calendar now appear on the interview's RSVP record within about 5 minutes. Rescheduling an interview resets all responses so stale acceptances don't mislead you.
  • Stala note-taker notice in interview emails Interview confirmation and reschedule emails now include a note that Stala may join to take notes, so candidates and interviewers know what to expect. Candidates can opt out by contacting their recruiter before the session.
  • Scorecard and decline notifications You'll now receive inbox notifications when an attendee declines an interview and when a scorecard reminder is due — so nothing slips through without a manual check.
  • AI agents recover from long pauses instead of hanging If an AI agent's response stalls for an extended period, it now times out cleanly and shows you a clear message — instead of leaving the conversation frozen indefinitely.

Fixed

  • Adding or removing Stala no longer signs you out If the AI note-taker had a problem on its end while you were adding or removing it from an interview, the app could incorrectly treat it as a session expiry and sign you out. You now see a clear error message instead and can carry on working.

Interview emails now mention Stala, plus clearer HM review context and a sourcing page fix

Improved

  • Interview emails mention Stala's note-taking Confirmation and reschedule emails sent to candidates and interviewers now include a note that Stala, the AI interview assistant, may join to take notes. Candidates are given a clear way to opt out by contacting their recruiter before the session.
  • HM review inbox shows job ID and description age When reviewing sourced candidate shortlists, hiring managers now see each role's short Job ID — useful when multiple roles share the same title — and the date the job description was last updated, so you know if you're reviewing against the latest version.

Fixed

  • Sourcing page no longer shows an error for expired searches Opening the sourcing view for a job whose saved candidate search had been deleted or expired was showing a red error. The page now quietly falls back to its empty state and recovers on its own.

Share candidate links, sort by CV score, and a smarter hiring manager review queue

New

  • Shareable candidate quick-view links Opening a candidate from your list now puts them in the URL — so you can refresh the page and pick up where you left off, or send the link to a colleague and they'll land on the same candidate instantly.
  • Hiring Manager review queue with job context When reviewing shortlisted prospects, each job card now shows its short ID and when the job description was last updated — so jobs with the same title are easy to tell apart and you know if you're reviewing against the latest version of the role.

Improved

  • Sorting candidates by CV score now works The CV score sort on the candidate list was failing every time it was used. It now works in both directions — highest or lowest scoring first — with unscored candidates always appearing at the end of the list.
  • Candidate quick-view is easier to read The CV and scoring panels in the quick-view dialog now use the full height of the screen instead of a cramped strip. Score dimensions are denser and easier to compare, and the Download CV button sits alongside the CV itself.
  • Job description quality score wording When a job description's quality score isn't ready yet, the chip now reads "Score coming soon" — no more internal-sounding labels. Suggestions for improving the JD are still one click away.
  • No more bogus quality scores on new jobs New jobs were sometimes getting a near-zero quality score before their description was filled in. Grading now waits until the job description has real content, and a failed grade recomputes automatically the next time the job is viewed.
  • Welcome emails greet you by first name If your profile name isn't set yet, welcome and reminder emails now greet you with your first name extracted from your email address — not your full email local part.
  • Clearer screens when a job no longer exists Opening a job that has been deleted now shows a clear message instead of a generic error with a Retry button that could never work. On the prospects screen, a dropped connection is no longer mislabelled as "Job not found".

Fixed

  • Command Center agent presets now open the right agent Clicking a Stala or Talia preset on the Command Center home — such as "Schedule an interview with..." — was opening Atlas instead. The correct agent now opens every time.
  • Session stays active through brief network drops A momentary network blip during session renewal no longer signs you out. Your session now recovers silently once you're back online, without requiring a full sign-in.

Clearer application sources, smarter LinkedIn reconnect guidance, and session reliability improvements

New

  • See where each application came from Candidate profiles and quick-view panels now show a clear Source label — Portal, Careers site, Referral, or Prospect outreach. For careers-site applications, the candidate's "how they heard about the job" answer appears alongside it.

Improved

  • LinkedIn reconnect guidance when your connection expires If your LinkedIn connection expires or hits a problem, outreach now tells you to reconnect — with a button that takes you straight to the reconnect flow. Cancelled follow-up schedules still show, with a clear reason, instead of disappearing.
  • Sessions survive brief network interruptions A short network blip — laptop sleep, spotty Wi-Fi — during background sign-in renewal no longer breaks your session. The app recovers on its own once the connection is back, without requiring you to sign in again.

Fixed

  • False "Job description updated" banner no longer appears Editing salary, publish state, or other non-content fields was incorrectly flagging sourced prospects as stale and showing a "Job description was updated" banner. The banner now appears only when the job description itself genuinely changed.

Redesigned application tracking with Board and Focus views, plus smarter EU candidate scoring

New

  • Board and Focus views for application tracking The application tracking page now offers two ways to work your pipeline. Board gives you a full-height kanban layout — drag cards between stage columns. Focus shows the funnel as stage tiles with one stage's candidates listed below — click a tile to zoom in, or drag a candidate onto any tile to move them.

Agent sessions keep their status after a refresh, sourcing filters are more precise, and trial timing is fairer

Improved

  • Sourcing title keywords work exactly as you'd expect "Must include in title" keywords are now a strict AND — every word you add must appear in a candidate's title. If no one matches, you see a clear empty state with a shortcut to edit the filter, instead of a broadened result you didn't ask for.
  • Honest results when sourcing filters can't be extracted If the system can't auto-fill filters for a role, you now see empty, editable filter fields with a clear note — instead of garbled sentence fragments passed off as skills or titles.

AI credit history is now readable, agent sessions keep their status after a refresh, and a scheduling dialog fix

Fixed

  • Schedule method dialog can now be dismissed The pop-up asking whether to schedule an interview with AI or manually could not be closed without making a choice. You can now dismiss it with the X, by clicking outside it, or by pressing Escape — returning to the candidate view without entering either flow.

Agent sessions now show durable status badges, plus clearer AI credit history and smarter trial starts

Improved

  • AI credit history shows plain language, not internal codes The Credit History table now shows human-readable descriptions in your organization's language — English or Spanish — instead of raw codes. Sourcing activity appears as "Candidate sourcing".
  • Agent sessions keep their status after a refresh Status badges on agent sessions — working, waiting for you, done, or error — now survive a page refresh. The Agent Sessions screen also defaults to a Needs attention view that surfaces sessions waiting on your input or that hit an error, with a toggle to switch back to most-recent-first.
  • Trial clock starts when you first sign in Your trial period now begins the moment the first user on your account logs in — not when the account was provisioned. You'll also receive a welcome email with your real trial end date, and AI credits are allocated at that same moment.
  • Email notification when your trial is extended When our team extends your trial, you'll now receive an email showing how many days were added and your new trial end date — in English or Spanish, depending on your account language.

See your hiring pipeline at a glance with the new Analytics dashboard, plus Atlas can now send intake forms

New

  • Hiring Analytics dashboard A new Analytics page gives you a live view of your hiring — active candidates by stage, outcomes, applications and hires over time, time to hire by role, and active jobs. Filter by date range and everything updates together. Available to Admins, Recruiters, Coordinators, Hiring Managers, and Read-only users.
  • Ask Atlas to send an intake form to the hiring manager You can now ask Atlas to send an intake form to the hiring manager — Atlas sends it, the hiring manager gets an email and in-app notification, and Atlas confirms once it's done. If no hiring manager is assigned yet, Atlas tells you and offers to assign one first.

Fixed

  • AI deep-reviews no longer get stuck on sourced candidates In some cases, AI reviews on sourced candidates were silently failing and leaving candidates stuck in "pending review" indefinitely. Reviews now complete reliably, including when a fallback AI model is used.

Stala can now cancel all interviews for a role at once, plus smarter candidate targeting when scheduling

New

  • Cancel all interviews for a role in one go Tell Stala to cancel all upcoming interviews for a role — or just a specific stage — and she'll show you exactly how many will be cancelled before you confirm. Interviews with a submitted scorecard are left untouched and reported as skipped.
  • Set up your careers site from the Command Center New organizations without a careers site address now see a Set up your careers site card in the Getting Started section of the Command Center, taking you straight to the right settings page to choose your subdomain.

Improved

  • Stala schedules the candidate you name When you ask Stala to schedule multiple candidates in one message, she now acts on each person you name — checking their own availability and status — instead of quietly applying everything to the last candidate she had in view.
  • AI agents ask with buttons, not walls of text When Atlas, Stala, or Talia needs you to choose, confirm, or clarify something, they now present a clear question card instead of burying options in a paragraph — making conversations faster to scan and act on.

Manage your primary contact from settings, plus expired AI questions now recover gracefully

New

  • Manage your primary contact from Settings A new Primary Contact card in Settings → Company lets org admins view and update their organization's primary contact — including role and phone — and reassign it to another team member. No more waiting on support to make the change.

Fixed

  • Expired AI questions recover without a page reload If you answered a Command Centre question from a session that had expired — after a deploy or long idle — you'd see a red error banner and get stuck. You now see a calm in-chat notice and can simply re-ask without reloading.
  • Primary contact delete protection in Users & Groups The delete action on the primary contact row is now disabled with a tooltip explaining why — so you can't accidentally remove the contact. A failed delete also no longer shows a false success message.

Smaller fixes and improvements across the platform

Fixed

  • Expired AI questions no longer cause a dead hang If you answered an AI question left over from before a restart or deploy, the session would silently hang until your browser timed out. It now shows a clear in-chat notice and lets you re-ask straight away — no page reload needed.

The AI question panel is now resizable and collapsible so your conversation stays in view

Improved

  • Resizable, collapsible AI question panel When Atlas asks you a question mid-task, the panel now anchors to the bottom of the chat instead of pushing your conversation out of view. Drag the divider to resize it, or minimize it to a title bar to get your messages back. Your preferred height is remembered between sessions.

AI chat questions render formatting correctly, and closing the chat no longer reopens on refresh

Fixed

  • AI chat questions now render formatting correctly Bold and italic text in agent questions — like "cancel the Prescreen interview" — now display as intended instead of showing raw asterisks. Any text you've typed but not yet sent is also preserved when you close and reopen the chat.
  • Closing the AI chat no longer reopens on refresh Closing the chat now clears it from the page URL, so refreshing the page keeps the chat closed. Minimizing still keeps the conversation live, as before.

AI agents now tell the truth about what they've done, and stop retrying when something fails

Improved

  • Created documents open automatically in the chat When an AI agent creates an intake form or job description, the document now opens right beside the chat as soon as it's ready. Clicking a link like "Open intake form" takes you there without reloading the page, so your conversation stays open.

Fixed

  • AI agents no longer claim they've done things they haven't Agents could tell you an intake form or job description had been created when nothing actually existed. Agents now only confirm actions they've completed — and the content they generate reflects everything you asked for, not just the job title.
  • AI agents stop retrying when a step fails When an agent couldn't complete a request, it was silently retrying the same step over and over. It now tells you once that something went wrong and stops, so you're not left waiting on a loop that was never going to succeed.

Candidate and job page headers are cleaner and easier to scan

Improved

  • Redesigned candidate and job page headers Candidate pages now group identity, contact details, and application progress in one card, with the job and team info in a calmer strip below. Job pages have a single header card with a clickable status, owner and hiring manager alongside actions, and a Candidates button showing a live applicant count.

See who owns a role at a glance, a persistent chat anchor, and more reliable AI agent interactions

New

  • Source and act on candidates from the Command Centre You can now ask the Command Centre chat to find candidates for a role, shortlist or reject prospects, send a shortlist to a hiring manager, and message them on LinkedIn — all without leaving the conversation.
  • Persistent anchor pin in the AI chat The AI chat now shows a small pill at the top naming what the conversation is about — the job, candidate, or form it's anchored to. It stays visible as you move around the app, so follow-ups like "did you send the message?" always act on the right thing. Tap the arrow to jump straight back to that entity.

Improved

  • Owner and hiring manager on the candidate header The candidate profile header now shows who owns the role and who the hiring manager is, right below the candidate's details. Each appears as a compact chip with their name and photo — or "Unassigned" if neither has been set.
  • AI chat remembers what you were working on Reopening an AI chat from a different page now keeps the job, candidate, or form the conversation was about. Follow-ups resolve against the right entity without you having to re-state the context.
  • Visible "working" indicator while the AI replies A clear "[agent] is working…" strip now stays pinned above the message box — with animated dots and an elapsed timer — so you can tell the assistant is still going during quiet pauses between steps, instead of wondering if it has stalled.
  • AI agent clarifying questions are clickable again Selectable-option questions from Atlas, Stala, and Talia now reliably render as clickable choices instead of occasionally appearing as plain text. Selecting an option resumes the agent as expected.

AI chat stays anchored to the right context, plus owner and hiring manager on candidate profiles

New

  • Source and act on candidates from the Command Centre You can now ask the Command Centre chat to find candidates for a role, shortlist or reject prospects, send a shortlist to a hiring manager, and message them on LinkedIn — all without leaving the conversation.
  • AI chat anchor pin The AI chat now shows a persistent pill at the top naming what the conversation is about — the job, candidate, or list it's anchored to. It stays visible as you move around the app so you always know what a follow-up will act on. Tap the arrow to jump straight back to that entity.

Improved

  • AI chat remembers its context when you reopen it Reopening an AI chat from a different page now keeps the entity you were working on. Follow-ups like "who's stuck in screening?" or "move everyone in Shortlist forward" resolve against the right job or candidate without you having to re-state what the chat is about.
  • Owner and hiring manager on candidate profiles The candidate profile header now shows who owns the role and who the hiring manager is, right below the candidate's details. Each appears as a compact chip with their name and photo — or "Unassigned" if neither has been set.

Fixed

  • AI agent clarifying questions are clickable again Clarifying questions and confirmation prompts from Atlas, Stala, and Talia were occasionally appearing as plain text you couldn't interact with. They now reliably render as selectable options, and choosing one resumes the agent as expected.

See the role owner and hiring manager on candidate profiles, plus smarter AI chat context

New

  • Source and act on candidates from the Command Centre You can now ask Atlas to find candidates, shortlist or reject prospects, send a shortlist to a hiring manager, and message prospects on LinkedIn — all from the same Command Centre chat where you plan roles and interviews.

Improved

  • Role owner and hiring manager on candidate profiles The candidate profile header now shows who owns the role and who the hiring manager is, as compact chips with their name and photo. If either isn't set, the chip reads "Unassigned" — so you always know who's responsible at a glance.
  • AI chat remembers what you were working on Reopening an AI chat from a different page now keeps the job, candidate, or intake form you were discussing. Follow-up questions like "who's stuck in screening?" or "move everyone in Shortlist forward" resolve correctly without you having to re-state the context.
  • AI agent question widgets render reliably again Clarifying questions and confirmation prompts from Atlas, Stala, and Talia now consistently appear as selectable options you can click — instead of occasionally showing as plain text. Selecting an option resumes the agent as expected.

AI chats open docked by default, plus smarter Job ID search and a fix for stuck agent sessions

Improved

  • AI chats open in a side panel, not full screen New conversations you start from the Command Center now open docked to the side — so you can chat with an agent without losing your place. You can still expand to full screen any time, and reopening a conversation restores the layout you last used.
  • Job ID search now matches partial and mixed-case entries You can now find a job by typing any fragment of its Job ID — a partial string like `v3` or a pasted full ID in any casing all return the right results. Previously, only an exact, full match worked.

Fixed

  • Reopened agent sessions no longer show stale questions After answering an agent question and finishing a run, reopening that session was showing the already-answered question again — locking the message box and flagging the session as "Needs you". Sessions now reopen cleanly, with your previous answers preserved in the conversation history.

AI chats recover from dropped connections, plus clearer error messages when something goes wrong

Improved

  • AI chats recover from dropped connections If your connection drops while an AI assistant is replying, the conversation now recovers the full response once you're back online — and your next message won't erase what was rescued. A "Reconnecting…" indicator shows while recovery is in progress.
  • Clearer error messages in AI agent chats When an AI agent can't complete a task — for example, trying to schedule a candidate whose application is already closed — you now see a plain-language explanation of what went wrong and what to do next. The retry button only appears when retrying can actually help.

Fixed

  • Improved access controls across the platform Tightened access controls to improve security across the platform.

Trial plan support with an in-app countdown banner, plus more reliable links from Atlast emails

New

  • Trial plan with an in-app countdown Organizations on a free trial now see a banner in the app header showing how many days are left. The banner turns amber when two days remain, so you always know where you stand before your trial ends.

Improved

  • Links in Atlast emails now always land in the right place Links in scorecard reminders, offer updates, and other Atlast emails now use stable addresses that keep working even when pages move. If a link can't be resolved, you land on your home page with a short notice instead of an error.

Fixed

  • Offer decline reason no longer shows an internal code The decline reason label on an offer was displaying a raw internal code instead of readable text. It now shows the correct label as expected.

See how many days are left on your free trial, right in the app header

Improved

  • Trial status visible in the app header If your organization is on a free trial, a pill in the header now shows how many days you have left. It turns amber when you're down to 2 days — so you always know where you stand without digging through settings.

Added "See what's new" link in the update banner

New

  • "See what's new" link update banner When a new version is available, the update banner's "See what's new" link takes you straight to the changelog.

Stala now schedules in your timezone and stays focused on the right candidate

Improved

  • Stala shows times in your timezone and date format Suggested slots, booking confirmations, and availability windows now display in your browser's timezone — clearly labelled — and use your organization's date and time format. No more mentally converting from UTC or a US-style date.
  • Stala won't book outside a candidate's availability Stala now checks candidate availability before confirming any booking or reschedule. If the slot isn't available, she explains why and only proceeds if you explicitly confirm.
  • Stala stays focused on the candidate you're discussing If you switch candidates mid-conversation, follow-up turns now anchor to the most recently discussed candidate — so stage restrictions and context from an earlier candidate no longer bleed into the current one.

Fixed

  • Stala no longer confuses candidates with interviewers Asking Stala to "book [name] for an interview" now always treats that person as the candidate. If she can't find a matching team member, she checks your candidates and asks if you meant to schedule for them instead.
