September 2026
New
- Upcoming interviews list in the candidate portal Candidates can now see all their upcoming interviews across every application in one place — with the soonest shown first, grouped by month, and filterable by company. Clicking any interview opens a dialog with the date, time, timezone, format, location, and interviewer details.
- Interview titles now appear in the candidate portal Each interview card in the portal now shows a title — the stage name and role — so candidates know what they're walking into, not just when.
- Agents ask you to confirm before sending Before Talia sends a LinkedIn message or shortlist, Atlas sends an intake form or publishes a job, or Stala sends feedback reminders, you'll now see a confirmation card showing exactly who will receive what. Nothing sends until you approve — and approvals can't be reused or replayed.
Improved
- Stala is more careful with rejections and cancellations Stala now looks up your actual rejection reasons before choosing one — since the reason determines which email the candidate receives. She also resolves named people before acting, rather than asking if they're a candidate.
- Sign-in screen is clearer when authentication takes longer Signing in now shows a branded loading screen. If it takes longer than usual, a Back to sign in button appears so you're never left stuck on a blank page.
- Dashboard widgets scroll and line up correctly The Needs Attention and Upcoming Interviews cards on the Command Center now align properly and scroll — including with the keyboard — once the list grows past five items.
- Loading placeholders no longer flash empty borders Skeleton loading states across several pages now appear cleanly without flashing empty card outlines while content loads.
Fixed
- Echo no longer answers its own interview questions Echo was answering candidates' requests for hints or examples instead of redirecting them to think aloud — and its own turns were being stored under an unnamed speaker, letting its answers be scored as the candidate's. Both issues are now resolved.
New
- Schedule or skip rejection emails When you reject a candidate — individually, in bulk, or through Stala — you can now choose to send the rejection email right away, delay it by 1–3 days or a week, pick an exact date and time, or skip it entirely. A scheduled email shows on the application with options to cancel it or send it immediately.
Fixed
- Unexpected sign-outs no longer happen mid-session Saving permissions, organization settings, your profile, or your photo no longer signs you out. A brief backend hiccup during a large AI task also no longer triggers a forced logout — at worst, one action may ask you to try again.
New
- Archive several agent chats at once On the Agent Sessions page, click Select, pick the sessions you're done with — or Select all — then click Archive. No more dismissing them one by one.
Improved
- Assistant works on the document you're looking at When you ask the assistant something from a job's intake form, interview plan, or pitch kit tab, it now works on that document — not a different one. If it's unclear which you mean, it asks before proceeding.
- Stala always names who will conduct pre-screen interviews When Stala asks you to approve a pre-screen booking, the confirmation card now always shows who will conduct the interviews — including when the stage draws from an interviewer pool — so you're never approving a booking blind.
- Stala's post-booking replies are cleaner and more consistent After booking, cancelling, or moving interviews, Stala's reply no longer restates names and counts that the per-candidate summary already shows — so her message and the summary can't contradict each other.
Improved
- Choose which language Echo interviews in When editing an interview stage run by Echo, you can now pick the language it conducts the interview in — it defaults to your organisation's language, so most teams never need to change it. Echo greets the candidate and runs the whole interview in that language.
- Echo shown as the interviewer on each stage Interview stages run by Echo now show Echo as the interviewer alongside your team, so you can see at a glance who conducts each stage. Stages with no one assigned now say so explicitly, instead of showing nothing.
- Interview analysis now reflects each stage's purpose AI analysis of an interview is now grounded in the stage's own description and planned questions — not just the job description. Findings relate to what that stage set out to test, and questions that were never asked are noted as missing evidence rather than held against the candidate.
Improved
- Availability picker highlights your working hours The candidate availability picker now shows your organization's office hours in a distinct color — so candidates can see at a glance when your team is reachable. The picker also collapses to one row per hour with two selectable half-hour slots, cutting the scroll from 47 rows to 24.
- Stala knows what time it is when scheduling Stala no longer flags a time as already passed when it hasn't. She now knows the current date and time in your timezone, and if a slot really has passed, she tells you the current time so you can pick another.
- Job description staleness alert When someone updates job requirements after a job description has been written, a prompt now appears on both the Intake Form and Job Description tabs offering to have Atlas revise the description. Dismiss it if the change was minor — it clears for everyone once the description is updated.
- Job requirements save to the right job Adding job requirements to an existing job was silently creating a duplicate. Requirements now attach to the job you're actually on, and the redundant Job Title field has been removed from the Job Requirements tab.
- Concurrent edits to job requirements are now safe If two people edit the same job requirements at the same time, the second save is now refused with a clear message and the latest version is loaded — so no one's changes get silently overwritten.
- Command Centre conversation flow improvements The Command Centre no longer gets stuck after an unanswered option card. When asked to open an artifact with no role selected, it now asks which role instead of navigating nowhere. When the scheduling assistant declines a request, it explains why in plain language instead of raising a second approval card.
Fixed
- Deleting an interview plan now confirms and redirects Deleting an interview plan was appearing to do nothing. It now asks you to confirm and returns you to the jobs list once the plan is removed.
- Clearer errors across jobs, candidates, and AI chat Error messages across job forms, interview plans, and the Command Centre no longer expose internal IDs. Atlas no longer relays raw error text in chat, and a failed save is no longer reported as successful.
Improved
- Atlas, Stala, and Talia are smarter and more reliable All three AI assistants now run on a stronger model. Stala handles scheduling requests more accurately — booking multiple candidates at once, catching duplicate interviews before acting, keeping the interviewer you chose, and being honest when something is outside what she can do.
- Atlas guides you through intake before drafting When you ask Atlas to create a role, it now walks you through a short set of questions — basics, scope, requirements, offer and process — before drafting anything. You can skip any question, paste your own answers, or jump straight to generating. Previously Atlas drafted from the title alone or asked you to paste a full Q&A.
- Atlas saves job locations correctly When you asked Atlas to create a role with a location, it confirmed the location in chat but saved the job with none. The city and country are now saved correctly. For ambiguous place names, Atlas leaves the field empty, tells you, and asks you to clarify — instead of claiming a location that was never saved.
- One consistent salary rule across all Atlas flows A single stated salary is now saved as the maximum, a stated minimum as the minimum, and only a stated range fills both — the same way whether you're creating a hiring kit, a standalone job description, or editing in chat. "The salary is £100,000" no longer saves £100,000–£100,000.
- AI assistant available on the Inbox Messages tab The AI assistant now works correctly on the Inbox Messages tab. Previously, sending your first message would immediately close the panel. The assistant also no longer appears on pages where it can't be used.
Fixed
- Booking badge no longer gets stuck on "Checking" When you book interviews through an agent chat, the result card now updates to Verified as soon as the calendar invite exists. If the interview was cancelled or no invite arrives, the badge clears automatically — and the card now shows you who will conduct each interview.
New
- Start a sourcing project from any role document When creating a sourcing project, you can now upload a job description, an ideal-hire CV, or an intake form — PDF or Word (.docx). Talia reads the document and gets started without asking you to describe the role again. Projects created this way are tagged From file so you can tell them apart at a glance.
Fixed
- Editor no longer jumps you back to the first stage When editing an interview plan or intake form, you now stay on the stage or section you were reading — whether you save, cancel, or an AI agent refreshes the view. Opening the editor and returning from it no longer resets you to the top.
New
- Pick a salary currency from a searchable list Job salary fields now include a searchable currency picker instead of a free-text box — so you can never save a typo or unknown currency. Your organization's preferred currencies appear first, and admins can add custom currencies (like a local unit or token) under Settings > Job attributes > Currencies.
- Careers page salaries show the right currency Salaries on your public careers page now display in the currency you chose for the job — including custom currencies. Jobs without a currency set show plain amounts instead of a misleading dollar sign.
Improved
- Candidates can offer any availability time for AI interviews When an interview stage is conducted by the AI interviewer, candidates can now pick any time — day or night, any day of the week — instead of being limited to your organization's office hours. The availability picker explains this clearly so candidates aren't confused by the wider window.
- Talia focuses on sourced prospects, not pipeline candidates Talia now works exclusively on prospects you've sourced. If you ask her about candidates who applied to a role, she hands the question off to the right place — so you always get answers from the agent that owns that part of your workflow.
- Error messages now appear in your language If you use Atlast in Spanish or British English, error messages related to credits, billing, subscriptions, and hiring manager assignment now appear in your chosen language instead of defaulting to US English.
Improved
- "Show my projects" button is easier to spot While Talia is setting up a new sourcing project, the button to return to your projects list is now a clearly visible primary button with the Projects icon — no more hunting for a faint ghost button that only appeared on hover.
Improved
- "Presentation Quality" is now "Clarity & Writing" The CV scoring dimension previously called Presentation Quality is now labeled Clarity & Writing — a more accurate description of what it measures: how clearly a CV reads, its grammar, and professional wording. Existing scores and profile weights are unchanged.
- Jump to a job's details from a sourcing project A Job Details button now appears in the sourcing project header when the project is linked to a job, so you can check the job description without navigating back through Projects and Jobs.
- Command Center and sourcing header on narrow screens Agent avatars on the Command Center no longer spill past the card when an agent chat is open. The sourcing project header also wraps its action buttons correctly on mobile instead of running off the edge.
New
- Atlas and Talia use your organization's own lists When Atlas or Talia help you with a role, they now draw on your organization's actual departments, employment types, seniority levels, hiring locations, and CV scoring profiles — so suggestions match your setup instead of generic defaults.
Fixed
- Pipeline board no longer sends the wrong candidate to agents On the Board view, agents were being told the first column was in focus even when you hadn't selected a stage — causing them to act on the wrong candidate. Agents now receive no focused stage from the Board view, so they only act on what you explicitly ask about.
Fixed
- Sidebar links no longer silently fail after an update If you kept the app open while an update was released, clicking a page you hadn't visited yet could do nothing until you refreshed. The app now loads the page for you automatically, and quietly moves you onto the latest version on your next click.
New
- Stala drafts messages on any candidate topic Stala can now help you write messages on any topic — compensation, relocation, offer details, application questions, and more. She drafts the message, shows it to you for approval, and sends it under your name so it looks just like a message you typed yourself.
Improved
- Prospect list sorted by likelihood, with sourced dates The prospect list now sorts by Likelihood (Highly likely, Likely, Unlikely) so the best matches rise to the top. Every row also shows the date Talia first surfaced that prospect, giving the date sort a visible anchor.
- Filter All Prospects by Jobs or Projects The All Prospects view now lets you filter by Jobs or Projects and narrow down to a single one — so you can focus on the prospects that came from a specific source without wading through everything else.
- Atlas edits land correctly from the Command Center Asking Atlas to update an interview stage, add an intake form question, or edit a pitch kit section from the Command Center now saves in one go — no more loops, repeated prompts, or changes that didn't stick.
- Targeted edits stay targeted "Change the phone screen to 30 minutes" no longer rewrites the stage's questions. "Add a question about relocation" lands in the right place. Recruiter-written pitch kit sections survive job description updates untouched.
New
- View interview recordings through Stala Ask Stala to show you a recording from a past interview and she'll surface it directly — no need to hunt through another page. If a candidate has been interviewed more than once, Stala asks which stage you want before pulling up the recordings.
- Approve agent-drafted messages before they send When Stala drafts a message to a candidate on your behalf, you now see the full message text before approving it — so you can read exactly what will be sent under your name before you confirm.
Improved
- Atlas goes straight to the right editor When you ask Atlas to update a specific artifact — a pitch kit, job description, or intake form — it now navigates directly to the right editor instead of asking which one you mean. If no job is loaded, it opens the job picker automatically.
- Suggested next steps stay relevant as you work Action chips no longer suggest creating or filling in an intake form once you've already done it. Atlast now checks what you've already completed before surfacing setup suggestions.
- Talia follow-up questions always reach you When Talia needed more information during a search, the question card could silently fail to appear if the chat was busy. It now retries automatically and always surfaces the question when the chat is free.
Fixed
- Deep review bullets no longer cut off mid-word Some AI-generated review bullets on prospect profiles were ending abruptly mid-word. Bullets now always end on a complete word, so you get readable, complete insights every time.
- Withdrawal confirmation email is clearer The email candidates receive after withdrawing or declining an offer now confirms their decision has been passed to the hiring team — so they know it reached the right people.
- Interview recordings deleted when a candidate is removed Deleting a candidate now removes their interview recordings and transcripts from storage, as expected. Previously these files were left behind after deletion.
New
- Build a full hiring kit from an intake brief Paste an intake brief or attach a document and Atlas now generates the intake form, job description, interview plan, and pitch kit in one pass — landing everything on the open draft job. If that job already has content, Atlas asks whether to fill its intake form or start a fresh job.
Fixed
- Sourcing project prospect list updates in real time Shortlisting or rejecting a prospect from the Talia chat, or from another tab, now updates the project's prospect list immediately, without a page refresh.
Improved
- Stala shows rejection reason before you confirm When Stala asks you to confirm a bulk rejection, the confirmation card now shows the rejection reason — and notes which email will be sent to candidates. You can review exactly what's going out before you approve.
New
- Candidates choose their preferred location when applying Job listings now show every location a role is open in, with its work arrangement (On-site, Hybrid, or Remote). When a job has multiple locations, candidates pick exactly one before submitting — so you always know where each applicant wants to work.
- Reject unresponsive candidates through Stala You can now ask Stala to find candidates who've gone quiet on a role — no replies and no availability submitted — and reject them in one confirmed step, without leaving the chat. Rejection emails go out exactly as they would from the pipeline board.
Improved
- Adding a candidate to a multi-location job is more reliable The "Add Candidate" form now waits for a job's locations to finish loading before letting you submit — so you're always asked where the candidate will work. If the job details fail to load, an inline error lets you retry without losing your other answers.
New
- Structured job locations with work arrangements A job can now be open in up to 20 places — each with a country, an optional city, and its own work arrangement: on-site, hybrid, or remote. Candidates see every location clearly, and when they apply to a multi-location role they pick where they'll work.
- Organization hiring locations in Settings Admins can now maintain a short list of the locations their organization hires in under Settings > Job attributes > Locations. Recruiters pick from that list when setting up a role — no free-text entry needed. A location still in use by a job can't be removed by accident.
Improved
- City search across 34,000+ cities The location picker now searches across 250 countries and over 34,000 cities as you type — so "angeles" finds Los Angeles and "cord" finds Córdoba. No more scrolling through long country lists.
- Atlas can set job locations from chat You can now ask Atlas to set or update a job's locations in plain language — for example, "Set this job's location to Madrid, Spain, on-site" — and it will apply the change directly.
New
- Recruiter notes when shortlisting prospects When you shortlist a prospect, a popup now lets you leave an optional note explaining your pick. The note appears on the prospect's quick-view card — above the hiring manager's review — so everyone who sees the prospect knows why you flagged them.
Improved
- Talia acts on the project or prospect you're viewing When you're on a sourcing project's page, asking Talia questions like "how many prospects do we have" or "archive this project" now acts on that project automatically — no picker needed. Open a prospect's quick view and "explain this prospect" reads the person on screen.
New
- See exactly how a CV score is calculated A new How is this calculated? link under a candidate's Overall CV Match opens a breakdown showing the score, how much each area contributes, and the points earned per area — so you can see at a glance what's driving a high or low result.
- Echo intro drawer on the Command Center Clicking Echo on the Command Center now opens a short intro explaining what Echo does and how to assign it to an interview plan — with quick links to go to your jobs or create a new one.
Improved
- CV scoring profile editor with live preview Scoring profile cards now show a pie chart, a focus line, and how each profile compares to the Default. The editor includes sliders, a live pie, and an example CV preview so you can see the effect of your weights before saving.
- Atlas opens beside new jobs automatically When you create a new job, Atlas now opens docked alongside the job description and intake form on desktop — ready to help without you having to open it manually.
- Guide and What's New are easier to find What's New now lives in its own submenu in the Help menu with a purple badge showing the count of new items. The Getting Started entry stays in the sidebar until all steps are done, with a done/total badge to track your progress.
- Score CV button only appears when it's useful The Score CV button (previously "Rescore CV") now only shows when there's no score yet — either pending or failed. It stays hidden while scoring is already in progress, so you're never left guessing what's happening.
New
- Managed lists for departments, job types, and seniority Department, employment type, and seniority level on the job form are now dropdowns built from lists your organization controls — so every job uses the same names. Admins manage these lists in Settings > Job attributes, with options to add, rename, reorder, and merge duplicates.
- Set a default seniority level for candidate sourcing Each seniority level can now have a prospect search level attached to it, telling Talia which experience tier to target when sourcing for a role at that level — no need to specify it manually each time.
Improved
- Candidate summaries now lead with the role CV scoring summaries and Talia's prospect summaries now open with what the role needs before introducing the candidate — so when you're reading through a long list, you're always anchored to the job, not just the person.
- Sourcing projects now show a reference code Each sourcing project now displays a unique reference code (e.g. SRCP-XXXXXX) on the project card and detail header. You can also search by code — so two projects with the same name are no longer hard to tell apart.
- Attach files to any agent, not just Atlas The file attachment button now appears whichever AI agent you're talking to. Switching agents no longer silently drops a staged file — it stays attached until the message is sent or you remove it yourself.
- Jump to prospects directly from a sourcing chat When you open a sourcing conversation from a job's page, a link now takes you straight to that job's prospects — no more dead ends or wrong destinations after a sourcing session.
New
- Transfer jobs when deleting a teammate When you delete a colleague who owns job descriptions, the delete dialog now lists those jobs and asks you to pick a new owner before confirming. Every job moves in one step and the new owner is notified — no role silently disappears from your team's list.
- Reason-specific rejection emails When you reject a candidate, they now receive an email written for the reason you selected — someone overqualified hears something different from someone whose role was cancelled. A checkbox lets you skip the email if you've already spoken to them, and the candidate's profile shows whether the email was sent, skipped, or failed.
Improved
- Job Owner picker only shows eligible colleagues The Owner picker on a job page now lists only colleagues who can actually take ownership — active, with the right permissions. Previously you could select someone and only then be told the reassignment was refused.
- Stala bulk-cancel stays within the date you asked for Asking Stala to cancel interviews for a specific day now cancels only interviews within that window. Previously, a bulk cancel could include interviews outside the requested date — one confirmation away from an over-cancel.
- Stala confirms before bulk or multi-step actions Stala now shows a confirmation step before carrying out actions that affect multiple candidates or interviews at once — so you can review exactly what will change before anything is committed.
Improved
- Honest unavailable states across the platform When you open a link to a job or candidate you can't access, you now see a clear message explaining why — with one click back to the list. Previously you'd get a stuck spinner, a blank page, or an error that disappeared before you could read it.
Fixed
- Candidate form no longer submits twice per click Clicking Save on a candidate create or edit form was occasionally submitting the request twice. It now submits exactly once, as expected.
- Interview plan tab no longer shows a false empty state The interview plan tab was showing "No interview plan yet" when the data had simply failed to load. It now shows the right message depending on whether the plan is missing or just unavailable.
- Revoked hiring manager access hides action buttons If a hiring manager's assignment was removed, they could still see Approve and Reject buttons that the platform would refuse to act on. Those buttons no longer appear once access has been revoked.
New
- Attach a document to an Atlas conversation You can now attach a PDF or Word document (up to 10 MB) to a Command Centre conversation with Atlas. Click the paperclip, pick your file, and Atlas reads it for the whole session — so job descriptions, intake forms, and interview plans it creates are grounded in your document.
Improved
- Sourcing and analytics show only your jobs Sourcing, outreach, the LinkedIn inbox, and analytics now show only the jobs you're assigned to — not every role in the organization. Analytics totals reflect your jobs only, and Talia will only act on roles within your access.
Improved
- Role access now covers everything on a job If you're not the owner, hiring manager, or a collaborator on a role, you no longer see its candidates, applications, interviews, scorecards, offers, notes, or messages anywhere in the platform. People actively working the role are unaffected, and assigned interviewers can still open their interview and submit a scorecard.
- AI agents recover gracefully when something goes wrong Previously, a single error mid-conversation could leave an AI session permanently stuck — the only fix was starting over. Agents now handle errors cleanly and keep going, so a hiccup in one step no longer derails the rest of your conversation.
- AI agents are more reliable on complex tasks Several edge cases that caused agents to give blank replies, answer questions incorrectly, or act on the wrong job have been closed. Agents now validate their own responses before sending them, so what you see is what was actually decided.
Fixed
- Permission errors now show the right message Several places — Analytics, Integrations, group limits, and candidate messaging — were showing a generic error when your account lacked permission for something. Each now shows a clear, accurate explanation of what's restricted and why.
New
- Private jobs with collaborator access Jobs are now visible only to the recruiter, hiring manager, and anyone explicitly added as a collaborator. Everyone else no longer sees the role in lists or can open it by link — so confidential searches and executive hires stay that way.
- Add collaborators with an optional end date Share a job with a colleague directly from the job page, and optionally set an expiry date. They get a notification when added and their access lapses automatically when the date passes — no need to remember to remove them.
- Admin visibility and owner filter Admins with the new Access all jobs permission keep full visibility across every role. A new owner filter on the jobs list surfaces any roles that have ended up without an owner.
Improved
- Only people who manage a job can change its owner Changing who owns a job now requires the right to manage it, and a job can never be left without an owner. Someone helping out temporarily can edit the role without quietly becoming its permanent owner.
- Clearer messaging when a job isn't accessible Opening a job you don't have access to now shows a calm "We can't find this job" message with a way back to your list — instead of incorrectly suggesting the job was deleted.
Fixed
- Notifications no longer duplicate or go missing After a brief connection drop, notifications were arriving twice and then stopping altogether. They are now delivered exactly once, across reconnects and after signing out.
- Error messages now show real text in all languages Several error messages across interviews, audit, and outreach were displaying a raw internal label instead of readable text. They now appear correctly in every supported language.
Improved
- Candidate messaging follows your pipeline stage You can now only send messages when a candidate is at a stage where someone will reply. Conversations stay readable throughout, but the composer locks once an application closes or reaches offer, and the badge counts only threads you can act on.
- Stala explains why it can't message someone Asking Stala to message a candidate it can't message now returns a clear reason instead of quietly doing nothing. Hired candidates are no longer included in bulk availability requests.
- Dictated text is cleaner and easier to read Words no longer run together when you pause while dictating, and the app no longer adds a stray capital at every pause. Sentences start with a capital, names and acronyms keep theirs, and the rest reads as naturally as typed text.
Improved
- Clearer messaging when a candidate can't be reached If messaging a candidate isn't available at their current stage, the conversation now shows a banner explaining why, with the composer disabled rather than appearing ready and then failing. A blocked send keeps your message with a copy button.
- Locked conversations stay visible in your inbox Conversations you can no longer reply to remain in your inbox, marked with a lock icon — so nothing disappears and you can still read the full history.
- Bulk availability approvals now show skipped candidates Before you approve a bulk availability request, Atlast now tells you how many candidates will be skipped and names them — so you know exactly what you're confirming.
New
- Dictation in candidate and prospect messages A microphone button now appears in the candidate message composer and the prospect outreach reply box, alongside the one in AI chat. Speak your message and it appears as you go; dictation stops on its own when you send.
Fixed
- Email addresses match however they were typed Invites, scheduling and plan sign-ups now treat an address the same whatever its capitalisation. A colleague invited as First.Last@… is found instead of reported as missing, and a second account is no longer created for the same person.
Improved
- Talia's sourcing commands are more reliable Talia now asks for confirmation before running a search or re-scoring applicants, and no longer gets stuck or silently substitutes prospects when you ask about a specific role. Sourcing, screening, and outreach commands all behave more predictably.
- Email addresses are saved in lowercase When you add a new user, their email is automatically lowercased and trimmed as you type — so you don't have to worry about capitalization. A short note under the field confirms what will be saved.
Fixed
- AI chat no longer gets stuck after skipping a question If you typed a message instead of answering an AI assistant's question card, the conversation could get stuck showing "Something went wrong" for every reply after that. The chat now continues normally.
New
- AI use disclosure on job applications The application form now includes a notice explaining that AI tools may support parts of the hiring process, that they assist rather than replace the recruitment team, and that all final decisions are made by humans.
Fixed
- Agent conversations no longer get stuck If you typed a message instead of answering an AI assistant's question card, every subsequent message in that conversation could fail with an error. The conversation now continues normally regardless of how you respond.
Improved
- Users & Permissions and Activity Logs are now in Settings Users & Permissions and Activity Logs are now tabs inside Settings, alongside the rest of your organization's admin tools — keeping the sidebar focused on what you use day to day. My Interviews moves into the Inbox group, next to Messages. Any existing bookmarks or links keep working.
- Clearer errors when a CV can't be read on application If a candidate uploads a scanned, image-only, password-protected, or otherwise unreadable CV, they now see a clear explanation before submitting — so they can fix it on the spot instead of applying and never getting a score.
New
- Getting Started checklist for new users New users now see a welcome walkthrough and a Getting Started checklist that tracks your progress — completing a job, running a sourcing search, submitting a scorecard, and more. Progress is saved across devices and survives a refresh, so you pick up exactly where you left off.
- Email alert when a candidate applies The recruiter responsible for a job now receives an email as soon as a candidate applies — naming the candidate and the role, with a direct link to the application. The in-app notification is unchanged; this is an additional channel on top.
Improved
- Echo interviews work for candidates without Google accounts AI-conducted interviews on Google Meet now open guest access automatically, so candidates without a Google account are admitted instead of being left waiting. If the access change can't be applied, a banner alerts you to reconnect your calendar.
- Candidate no-shows are flagged on past interview cards When a candidate didn't join an Echo interview, the past-interview card now shows a clear alert — "Candidate missed this interview" — instead of presenting an empty recording as a completed meeting.
Fixed
- Echo can no longer be removed from its own interview A remove button was visible on AI-conducted interview cards that would strip Echo from the meeting it was running. That control is now hidden for Echo interviews, and the action is blocked on the backend as well.
New
- Source candidates without a job attached Talia's sourcing now works as a standalone project — no job required. Start from an existing role, upload a JD, or just describe what you're looking for to Talia. Every search lives in a Projects list you can rename, archive, or restore.
- Formatting toolbar in all rich-text fields Every rich-text field now has a full toolbar — bold, italic, headings, lists, links, code blocks, undo/redo, and more. No Markdown syntax needed. You can also dictate into any field: press the mic and your words are inserted at the cursor as you speak.
Improved
- Interviewers can now connect their calendar If your only role is Interviewer, you can now open Profile from your account menu and connect your calendar — so your availability is visible when interviews are being scheduled. Name, job title, and photo are editable there too.
- Interview workspace explains AI-generated content The focus areas and meeting notes on My Interview now name Stala as their source and explain what each section is for — so interviewers opening the page for the first time know what they're looking at. The panel also lists everyone assigned to the interview.
- Unreadable CVs get a clear, actionable message When a candidate's CV is a scan or image-only PDF, you now see a plain-language explanation and a Replace CV button instead of a perpetual "scoring pending" state. The rescore cooldown is also released immediately on failure, so you're never stuck waiting.
- AI agents handle cross-domain requests more reliably When the Command Center routes your request to the wrong specialist — asking to reschedule an interview while drafting a JD, for example — it now hands off to the right one automatically instead of dead-ending.
- Organization logo always visible on application cards White logos on the candidate portal's application cards were invisible against the white background. The portal now detects when a logo needs a backdrop and paints the organization's own brand color behind it — only on cards that need it.
- Rich-text formatting no longer gets silently mangled Text wrapped in `++plus signs++` no longer turns into an unintended underline, nested numbered lists keep their nesting on save, and existing notes with flattened lists now display correctly.
Fixed
- Email address is now read-only in your profile Self-service email changes have been removed. If you need your email address updated, an administrator can do it for you. This closes a security gap where changing your own address could be used to take over an account.
- Sourcing project brief no longer appears editable The role brief on a sourcing project looked like it could be edited but changes had no effect on search results. It now renders read-only, and you refine the search through Talia or the Refine Search controls.
