New
- Unified Communications inbox A new Messages tab in your inbox brings candidate-portal messages and LinkedIn DMs into one place. See every conversation with unread counts, filter to unread-only, and reply without opening each candidate's profile.
Improved
- Live unread counts across the app Unread message badges now appear in the sidebar and update in real time as messages arrive or are read — no matter where you are in the app.
- LinkedIn replies no longer stay stuck as unread Opening a LinkedIn thread now marks it as read. Previously, inbound replies stayed marked unread with no way to clear them. You'll also get an in-app notification when a prospect replies on LinkedIn.
New
- Sign in with enterprise single sign-on You can now sign in to Atlast through your company's identity provider — Okta, Entra ID, or any SAML provider. The sign-in page offers a clear choice between email and SSO. Admins can configure and enforce SSO from the new Single sign-on tab in Organization settings.
Improved
- Candidate availability status is now accurate The availability badge now correctly reflects whether a candidate's submitted windows are still upcoming or have already passed — showing a muted Availability passed state when all slots are in the past. Past slots appear grayed out with a tooltip, and the calendar now lets you scroll back to see them.
Fixed
- Availability badge no longer shows the wrong status Deleting your last availability slot could leave the badge permanently green. The badge also sometimes carried over from a previous candidate when navigating between profiles. Both issues are now fixed — the badge always reflects the current candidate's actual state.
New
- Stala bulk moves are now exact and confirmed When Stala moves a batch of candidates to a new stage, she now works out the full list herself and shows you exactly who will move — and where they're going — before you confirm. Declining is final, and the count on the card matches what actually moves.
- Agent action list is now condensed and linked The AI agents' step list in chat now collapses repeated steps into a single summary row. When a turn produces a job description, intake form, interview plan, or pitch kit, a direct link appears so you can jump straight to it. Step labels now read as plain actions, not internal tool names.
Improved
- Bulk move card names the destination stage When Stala offers to move candidates in bulk, the confirmation card now tells you which stage they're moving to — not just where they're coming from. The card reads "Move these candidates to Prescreen?" so you always know what you're approving.
- Candidate messages show who said what The Messages tab now groups consecutive messages from the same sender into runs, attributes each colleague and Stala by name, and shows read receipts correctly. Failed sends stay visible with an inline Retry, and colleagues' messages arrive live.
- Candidate portal messages are clearer too Candidates now see messages grouped by sender and separated by date. Stala's messages are marked with an AI badge, and opening a thread correctly marks all unread messages — including Stala's — as read.
- Upcoming Interviews widget opens the right tab Clicking an interview on your Command Center dashboard now takes you directly to that candidate's Interviews tab with the correct stage already selected — instead of dropping you on their overview page.
New
- Attach documents to interview stages You can now attach up to 5 PDFs — a take-home brief, prep guide, or interview pack — to any prescreen or custom stage in your interview plan. Candidates see and can download each document the moment their application reaches that stage. Nothing is revealed early.
- Pick a rejection reason from a list When you reject a candidate, you now choose a reason from a structured list instead of typing free text — making it faster to record and easier to report on later. Withdrawn candidates are also now clearly shown as Withdrawn everywhere in the platform.
- Confirm bulk stage moves before they happen When an AI agent moves a group of candidates to a new stage, you now see an approval card listing every candidate affected and which stages they're moving from — so you can confirm or decline with the full picture in front of you.
Improved
- Command Centre bulk action receipts are cleaner After a bulk cancel, reschedule, or stage move from the Command Centre, you now see one clear, verified list of exactly what happened to each person — no more duplicate summaries that could say different things.
Fixed
- Editing a job no longer takes it off your careers site Saving a content edit to a published job could silently unpublish it — removing it from your careers site with no warning. Editing a job now only changes its content; publish state is unaffected.
- "Mark all as read" stays inside the notifications card On narrow screens or when the chat dock was open, the "Mark all as read" button was pushed off the edge of the notifications card. It now stays visible and reachable at any screen width.
Fixed
- Job pickers now show all your jobs Job dropdowns were only loading the 20 most recently created roles, so older jobs were simply missing. You can now search any job by title or ID, and links that pre-select a specific job always open with that job already filled in.
Improved
- Stala always reports what she completed Stala now shows a full summary of what she did on every scheduling turn — even if something goes wrong partway through. If interviews were already cancelled before an error occurred, the itemised list still arrives alongside it, and it's still there when you reopen the conversation.
Fixed
- Calendar View in interview scheduling now loads correctly Switching to Calendar View when scheduling an interview was showing a blank panel with no availability grid. It now loads reliably every time, including at larger text sizes. The grid also no longer flashes the wrong week on open.
- Bulk cancellation confirmations no longer get lost If Stala asked a follow-up question after you confirmed a bulk cancellation, confirming again did nothing and reported that no list had been prepared. Confirmations now go through correctly the first time.
- Expired confirmation now explains itself If a cancellation list had expired, Stala was saying "there is nothing to confirm yet" while you were looking at the list. She now explains the list has expired and offers to prepare a fresh one.
- Cancelled interviews no longer show wrong status Interviews that had already been cancelled were still showing as "ready to confirm?" in the sessions list. The status now reflects what actually happened.
Improved
- Save buttons stay visible on long forms On long forms — job description, intake form, interview plan, and others — the Save and Back buttons now stay pinned to the bottom of the screen. No more scrolling to the end of a form just to save your work. An unsaved-changes hint also appears next to the buttons when you have edits pending.
- Open jobs and candidates in new tabs Job and candidate list rows are now real links. Middle-click, Cmd/Ctrl+click, or right-click → Open in new tab all work as expected — so you can fan out several profiles without losing your place in the list.
- Candidates can submit more availability slots Selecting a full week or more of interview availability no longer fails. The portal now handles up to 200 slots and merges overlapping selections before saving, so you can share as much availability as you need without hitting an error.
Fixed
- Stala now always asks before cancelling an interview In rare cases, Stala could cancel an interview without first asking you to confirm — skipping the step that protects against accidental deletions. She now always pauses for your confirmation before any cancellation goes through.
- Hardened security headers across the platform Tightened security controls and access restrictions across the API to improve platform security.
New
- AI agent action receipts in chat When an AI agent schedules, reschedules, cancels, or messages a group of candidates, you now see a per-candidate breakdown in the chat — who it worked for, who was skipped, and why. A failure can never look like a success.
Fixed
- Candidate name now shows correctly in messages When a candidate had applied to multiple roles with the same email address, the wrong name could appear in message threads. The name now always matches the application you're viewing.
- Published jobs that failed to sync can now be re-published If a job's careers-site sync failed, re-publishing or editing the job had no effect — it was silently blocked and never recovered without manual intervention. Jobs now re-sync correctly after a transient failure.
- Hardened CV file handling Tightened input validation on CV file references to improve security across the platform.
New
- Confirm Stala bulk actions before they run When Stala cancels, schedules, or requests availability for a group of candidates, she now pauses and shows you a card listing every person affected — with interview times — before anything happens. Approve runs it; Decline cancels without changing a thing.
- Mark a role as unpaid on job listings Ticking This is an unpaid role replaces the salary fields with a short explanation box. Candidates see an Unpaid role badge on the listing and your explanation in the Compensation section — and the application form no longer asks them for an expected salary.
Improved
- AI conversations survive reloads and closed tabs Atlas, Talia, and Stala now store conversation history on the server. Reload the page, close the tab, come back tomorrow — the full conversation is there, cards and all. Long threads compress automatically so the assistant stays sharp deep into a session.
- Preferences carry across AI conversations Tell Atlas or Talia your timezone, or that you want shortlists capped at five people, and a brand-new conversation next week already knows. You only need to say it once.
- Candidate availability at a glance A new Availability card on the candidate Overview tab shows how many upcoming slots a candidate has submitted and when the next one starts — so you can see at a glance whether they're ready to schedule without opening the full availability view.
- Availability calendar now shows the right days The interview availability grid was anchoring weeks to your browser's local timezone while labeling them in your organization's timezone. Viewers in a different timezone could see columns shifted by a day and slots silently missing. The calendar now runs entirely in your org's timezone.
- Intake form banners now show the right message per role After sending an intake form to a hiring manager, recruiters were seeing second-person copy addressed to the HM and a Mark as Complete button that always failed. Recruiters now see a Waiting on Hiring Manager Review banner instead.
Fixed
- Candidate name now shows correctly in messages When a candidate had applied to multiple roles with the same email address, the wrong name could appear in message threads. The name now always comes from the correct application, so what you see in the message matches the candidate's profile.
- Re-publishing a job after a sync failure now works If a job's careers-site sync failed, re-publishing or editing the job had no effect — it was silently blocked and never recovered without manual intervention. Jobs now re-sync correctly after a transient failure.
- Mobile availability page now scrolls correctly On mobile, swiping down the availability time-slot list did nothing unless your finger was on the very edge of the screen. Scrolling now works anywhere on the page; drag-to-select has moved to a dedicated grip handle on each row.
- Hardened file handling security Tightened input validation to improve security when processing uploaded files.
New
- Atlas resumes interrupted hiring-package generation If a hiring-package generation is cut short — by a page refresh, a closed browser, or a brief outage — Atlas now picks up where it left off when you return to the chat. Anything already created is kept, and only the missing pieces are generated.
- Prominent availability prompt in the candidate portal Candidates who need to submit their interview availability now see a clear banner and button on their application page — so the step is harder to miss. The old easy-to-overlook card has been replaced.
- CV uploads are now PDF only The application form and referral submission form now accept PDF files only. A helper text label makes this clear upfront, and an error message appears if you try to upload a different file type.
Improved
- Quick view always shows the right candidate's CV When paging through candidates in the quick-view panel, the CV, score breakdown, and scoring profile now always belong to the candidate currently on screen. The tab you selected also stays put as you move through the list.
Fixed
- Dark mode CV scoring bar is now visible The CV scoring weights bar on a job was rendering in a near-white color in dark mode, making it almost invisible. It now appears in the correct brand purple.
Improved
- Stala confirms what she actually did After every scheduling action, Stala now shows a verified outcome block — built from a database read-back, not written by the model — so you can see exactly what was booked and when. A write that succeeded but couldn't be confirmed says so clearly, rather than reporting a failure.
- Agent questions are always readable and answerable When an AI agent asks you a question in chat, the message and options now scroll together with the Submit button always in view. A new maximise button fills the panel with the question so you can read and answer comfortably, then restore it in one click.
- Stala's questions now arrive as clickable options When Stala ends a turn by asking you something, the question now appears as a card with clickable answer options — so you always know the conversation is waiting on you and what it will accept as a reply. Stala also never returns a blank bubble.
- Candidate count on the jobs list shows active pipeline only The number next to each job now reflects only candidates still in your pipeline — not everyone who ever applied, including those rejected or withdrawn. The count now matches what you see when you open the job.
Fixed
- Support chat no longer covers the agent panel's send button When the agent panel was docked on the right, the support chat button sat on top of the panel's send button — you could see it but not click it. The support chat now shifts left of the docked panel so both stay fully usable at the same time.
Improved
- Job page updates live when hiring manager changes When a hiring manager is assigned, re-assigned, or removed — by you, a colleague, or Atlas — the job page now updates within seconds and briefly highlights the change. No manual refresh needed.
- Company logos on candidate portal application cards Each application card in the candidate portal now shows the hiring organization's logo, so candidates with applications at multiple companies can tell them apart at a glance. If no logo is set, a clean initials avatar appears instead.
Fixed
- Sign-in links no longer show errors when revisited Returning to a used sign-in link — by pressing Back, restoring a tab, or reopening a bookmark — no longer shows an "Authentication failed" error. You stay signed in and land back in the app as expected.
Improved
- Company logos on portal application cards Each application in the candidate portal now shows the hiring organization's logo, so candidates with multiple applications can tell them apart at a glance. If no logo has been set, a clean initials avatar appears instead.
Fixed
- Revisiting a sign-in link no longer signs you out Pressing Back, restoring a tab, or reopening a bookmarked sign-in link used to show an "Authentication failed" error even when you were still signed in. You now land back in the app as expected. Sign-out and session-expiry messages are also clearer and distinct from each other.
