- Your jobs now appear in Google Search results Open roles on your careers site are now eligible to appear directly in Google Search — so candidates can find and apply to your jobs without having to know your careers page exists.

- Pitch kits stay in sync with their sources If you update the intake form, job description, or interview plan, the pitch kit shows a staleness banner and offers to regenerate. No more outdated talking points after late changes upstream.

- Chat messages, dark mode inputs, and audit log pagination AI chat messages now render formatting correctly instead of showing raw markup. Date and time inputs no longer appear washed out in dark mode. The audit log pagination controls also lay out correctly and are easier to use.

- AI credit usage tracking and balance visibility A new credit widget in the sidebar shows your organization's current AI credit balance and how much you've used. When credits run low, a warning banner appears — and if they run out entirely, AI features pause until your balance is topped up.
- AI credit ledger in Settings The AI tab in Settings now includes a full transaction history so you can see exactly where your credits have been spent — by feature and over time.

- Interview location pre-selected when there's only one option When scheduling an interview, if only one address is available it's now selected automatically — one less click before you can save.

- Warning when your interview plan gets too long If you add more than 3 custom stages to an interview plan, Atlast now shows a prompt suggesting you consolidate — helping you keep the process manageable for candidates. Unnamed stages also show a clear placeholder label in the plan overview.

- Candidates with active offers can't be deleted by mistake If a candidate has an offer in draft, sent, or accepted state, the delete option is now disabled and a tooltip explains why — so you can't accidentally remove a candidate mid-offer.

- AI settings: organization context A new AI tab in Settings lets you write up to 8,000 characters of context about your company culture, values, and hiring philosophy. Your AI agents read this whenever they help with sourcing, screening, or interview prep.

- Dashboard no longer cuts off when scrolling On some screen sizes, the dashboard was not scrolling correctly, making content below the fold unreachable. The layout now handles scrolling properly so everything is accessible.

- Message candidates directly from the careers portal Recruiters and candidates can now exchange messages through the careers portal — with support for attachments, read indicators, and a full conversation history. No more chasing candidates outside the platform.

- Pipeline view now uses the full width of your screen The candidate pipeline now expands into a wide layout so you can see more stages at once without scrolling. Stage columns are easier to scan, and the horizontal scroll bar stays out of the way when you don't need it.
- Candidate view has clearer tabs and quick actions Tabs in the candidate view now include icons for faster orientation, and edit and delete actions are available directly on the page — with a confirmation step before anything is removed.
